I've got some juicy information for you today about the cost of insurance for your Amazon products.

The article is based on my video with Amit Batzir from Spott. He is the person in the picture above.

Unfortunately, Spott is no longer in business, as of now.

If you need insurance, talk to Lawrence Lipman (Larry). His email is below. Mention my name Vova Even, Larry will help.

So, what are the factors that influence product insurance price?

So, let's jump to things.

There are three factors that will impact the price of your Amazon product liability insurance.

The first is how much you sell.

The more you sell, the more exposure you have, which means a higher risk of unforeseen losses.

So, keep that in mind when calculating your insurance costs.

The second factor is what you sell. If you're selling something super dangerous, like trampolines, for example, you'll be considered high risk and will likely pay more for insurance.

Did you know that trampolines are probably the most dangerous category on Amazon?

Companies selling dangerous sports equipment, toys, and anything that kids can put in their mouths are also considered high risk.

So, if you're selling something that's less dangerous, you'll likely pay less for insurance.

Finally, being a private label vs. a retailer can also impact the cost of insurance.

If you're a private label, you're considered the manufacturer, which means you have a higher level of responsibility and risk.

This typically means you'll pay more for insurance than a retailer who works with big brands.
