Introduction
Vova: Hey! Welcome to this review of NathanHirsch.com.
Today, I’ve got Nathan Hirsch with me, the creator of the website.
Nathan will be introducing the companies he’s founded, and if you want to dive deeper into each one, you will also find their video reviews inside.
Let's dive into that.
Meet My Guest
Vova: Nathan, it's a pleasure to have you here.
I'm eager to hear about your journey, your online presence, and the ventures you've embarked upon.
Please, feel free to share as much as you'd like.
Nathan: Good stuff, thanks for having me.
It’s funny, I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was 20, and for the past 10 years, I’ve been trying to buy the domain NathanHirsch.com.
I kept reaching out to the owner, offering money, but they just ignored me.
Then, one day, their ownership expired, and I grabbed it ASAP.
Now, I finally own NathanHirsch.com!
My business partner, Connor, has owned ConnorGillivan.com for years, and I’ve always been a little jealous. 😛
But now, I’m happy to have my own site, and I’m excited to put my best content on it.
Vova: That's cool!
Let me share a link to your website where readers can check out everything you offer.

Who is Nathan and What He Does?
Vova: Nathan, can you tell us a bit more about what you do?
You’ve been featured on over 900 podcasts by now.
And you’ve built several businesses, including OutSource School, FreeUp, EcomBalance, AccountsBalance, and TrioSEO. I'd appreciate if you could share give our audience improved offers in case they decide to work with you, and mention my name, Vova Even.
And... Not to mention the Amazon business you had, which grossed over $25 million.
Could you share a bit more about what you’ve done in the past, what you’re focused on now, and how your current companies are helping people?
Nathan: Yeah, I’m really on a mission to make entrepreneurship easier for as many people as possible.
I always encourage entrepreneurs to build their businesses using the processes I’ve developed.
Over the years, I've spent a lot of time figuring out the best ways to do things in my businesses, like hiring people, keeping track of money, and getting people to know about my products.
I've tried different things and made changes until I found methods that worked really well.
Now, I'm sharing these methods with others so they can use them in their own businesses too.
So, we’ve got Outsource School, which is all about teaching people our hiring process and providing detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) that can be easily used in your business.
Then we’ve got our two bookkeeping brands: EcomBalance, which is designed specifically for eCommerce sellers, and AccountsBalance, which helps businesses outside of eCommerce.
Both of these provide monthly bookkeeping services — simple, accurate, and delivered on time.
You get charged on the first of the month, and by the 15th, your books are ready, with great customer service throughout the process.
And then there’s our latest venture, TrioSEO.
It’s our SEO blog writing service, focusing on copywriting and content creation.
What we offer here is the same SEO work we use for all our businesses.
You can check out the blogs on Outsource School or EcomBalance to see the same strategies we’re using for our own brands, which are now available for other companies too.
I think a lot of people know me from FreeUp, a company I started with just $5,000 and grew to $12 million.
We were acquired by The HOTH in 2019.
During the sale, we put together a free exit playbook.
This playbook details how we built FreeUp to be sellable, even though we didn’t have to sell it.
We build all our businesses with the idea that they could be sold in the future.
If you go to NathanHirsch.com/exit, you can get this playbook for free.
It’s packed with insights I picked up from the due diligence and exit process.
Vova: That sounds great. Let me embed video reviews of your companies below where we dive deep into Q&A sessions about them, and share the best offers available.

I'm curious, Nathan, what’s your favorite part of all this?
Is there something you particularly enjoy doing, or is it the process itself that you love?
Nathan: That’s a good question.
I really enjoy facing new challenges.
Right now, my main focus is on building my personal brand.

Nathan's Tips on Building a Successful Media Company or Brand
Nathan: Building a media company and brand is a big challenge.
It involves everything from working with designers and video editors to creating strategic plans.
It’s been a lot of fun putting all these pieces together.
Our long-term goal is to create a portfolio of 10 B2B businesses that are all successful and have their own operators.
When we start a new business, I know I can’t handle everything myself.
For instance, I’m not a bookkeeper, so I can’t start a bookkeeping business and manage the bookkeeping myself.
Instead, I need to hire someone with a lot of experience — like 30 years’ worth — who shares our values and entrepreneurial spirit, and put them in charge of running the business.
Each of our companies has its own operator, and we maintain high standards for customer service and satisfaction.
We don’t want to run any business unless it has a five-star rating for customer service.
Connor and I also use our personal brands to promote our businesses and attract people who need our services.
So, that’s what I’m working on now.
It’s been a lot of fun and very different from before.
During the days of FreeUp, I was focused entirely on that one business, with no time for other ideas.
Now, it’s much more exciting to have a variety of businesses and to be building my personal brand as well.
Vova: That’s great to hear!
I wish you all the best on your journey.
It sounds like you have a lot of exciting things happening.
Is there anything else you’d like to share about NathanHirsch.com or about what you’re currently working on?
Anything else you want to mention?

We have several options for sponsorship, so feel free to check them out.
We especially enjoy working with eCommerce service providers and businesses.
Even though we now run businesses outside of eCommerce, we have a special place in our hearts for the eCommerce community.
It’s where we got our start and where we built a lot of our success.
I really appreciate being on this channel and connecting with people in the eCommerce world.
You can connect with me on social media or wherever you prefer.
I’m pretty easy to reach, and Vova can tell you that I respond quickly.
I enjoy networking with fellow entrepreneurs, and if there’s any way I can help you, whether it’s related to hiring, bookkeeping, outsourcing, or anything else, please feel free to reach out to me anytime.
Vova: Awesome, thank you so much for being here with us today. I really appreciate it.
Nathan: Thanks a lot for having me! 😊
