Maybe 80 percent say the competitor’s packaging looks better.

Or maybe they say it looks amazing.
The feedback will tell you exactly what needs improvement.
Then you adjust your design and test again.
You keep testing until you win those polls.

Talk to the support teams if needed.
Ask where their audience comes from and whether they match your ideal customer.
We have personally used ProductPinion for a long time in our Amazon business, but that does not mean it is automatically the right choice for everyone.
The other tools are solid as well.
