My View Of Ecom Brand Builder Mastermind And How It Changed My Life!

Let's begin with a little sneak peek into my association with our Mastermind.

Well, it's been over three years now since I've been a part of this amazing group that has helped me achieve success in ways I never thought possible.

The Mastermind is led by three dynamic entrepreneurs, Andri Sadlak, Arek Zabierek, and Brian Zabierek, the latter two known as The Zab Twins!

Honestly, I owe a huge portion of my success in my journey as an online entrepreneur to this Mastermind!

If I were to say the group has been a game-changer for my business for the past three years, I wouldn't be kidding.

Now, How Does It Work?

Pretty sure you must be wondering by now how the Mastermind group works, so let me break it down for you.

So, basically, we all gather once a week in a meeting, which is around the corner for this week too.

There, we set free our time for an hour-long call where we chat and focus on the upcoming week.

During the call, each of us sets our own personal goals for the next seven days.

And just to mention, goals can be small or big, no pressure!

Next up, we share those goals with the rest of the members and discuss what we achieved from the previous week's goals.

It's a real team effort, and we're all about holding each other accountable.

Let's take me for example - for this week, I set for myself three bold goals.

First up, I aimed to record four amazing videos, which are all ready to be posted to the world.

Next, my goal was to complete two epic blog posts for my website.

And on top of everything, I had to launch a brand new Telegram group for our community of Amazon sellers.

And guess what?

I successfully pulled off all three goals.

Awesome, right? 😀

So, for me, it's mainly the fact that I am sharing my set of goals with an incredible tribe.

That pushes me to work towards achieving my goals.

To be honest, once you're sharing your goals with someone, it's like some magic happening because you feel a lot more accountable towards yourself.

And just by smashing the goals, you feel relieved, and you've got something to share with your community members.

Plus, if you have shared your goals with others, you may feel compelled to follow through and complete them.

The top reason for this could be your subconscious constantly telling you that not doing so would go against your word and integrity.

But hey, this isn't true for all; it's just how it works for me.

And in case you're curious, if any of us fails to accomplish our goals, we have to donate money, $50 to a good cause.

While that's the norm that we have right now, it might as well change any day.

I mean, it's not that we don't love donating to a good cause, but it's just that failing to achieve our goals can be quite a bummer.

Of course, there were times when I didn't complete my goals, and so I had to pay money for charity.

And oh, did I mention we have to provide them with the receipts that we've done so?

That's right - and I believe that's a fair thing to do!

Because once this happens, we try our best to avoid any slip-ups in the future.

Now, another question may come up here - what if one repeatedly fails to achieve the goals he set for himself?

Well, as of now, if you fail to do so three times, you get kicked out of our mastermind. 

Yep, that sucks, but after all, it's a fair deal.

Isn't it?

For over three years now, I've been following this weekly routine of setting goals for myself and donating to charity if I fall short.

Obviously, there have been weeks where I haven't quite met my targets, but for the most part, I've been able to stay on track.

It's hard to say precisely how many weeks I've been doing this - it must be over a hundred by now!

But one thing's for sure - I'm happy myself for being able to stick to it.

Perhaps, if I were to look at it closely, one of the things that makes me happiest about this whole process is the fact that I'm able to make a difference in the world.

What's more, it's less of a routine and more of a reminder that even small actions can have a significant impact.

And that's exactly what keeps me going week after week.

I believe it's amazing to go on with a commitment every week.

And if you're able to do it more often, even better!

Obviously, having a community of like-minded entrepreneurs around you can be incredibly helpful in staying motivated and focused on your goals.

When you're around people who understand your language and your mindset, it's way too easy to stay on track and achieve the things that actually matter.

We meet once a week with all these devoted people and seek pleasure in sharing our journeys with one another.

Let me tell you, there's nothing quite like the rush of joy that comes from watching all the members of our community flourish and succeed together!
