Let’s start with an example of a physical product. For instance, your product is a kitchen knife.

It’s not a general knife; instead, you are specifying it by saying that it’s a knife used in the "kitchen."

And you want traffic routed to your site and find people interested in purchasing a kitchen knife only.



So, for positioning your product, “kitchen” is the main description of the knife.

It’s not a regular knife, but the one used in the kitchen to cut vegetables, fruits, etc.

Don’t be confused with a butcher knife!

The keywords or phrases will help you stay relevant for the searcher.

If your product is displayed in the top three positions, the potential customer will be more likely to click on it.



This is the way to attract traffic to your product through organic means.

Instead of paying for an advertisement, you can strategically use keywords to get ranked and get better visibility to attract traffic.



Don’t forget the role of keyword placement!
