How to Use Helium 10 Alerts to Stay on Top of Your Amazon Listings

When you open the Alerts dashboard, you’ll see a list of different products you’re tracking.

If you don’t see all of them right away, it might be due to region settings.

For example, in our case, it was set to Europe, which was why we weren’t seeing all listings. See below:

To fix this, we connect to the US marketplace.

Once everything is set up correctly, Helium 10 Alerts starts working right away.

It keeps an eye on your listings and lets you know if anything important happens.

Here are some key alerts you can set up:

• Lost Buy Box – If you’re no longer the main seller of your product, you’ll know instantly.

• Suppressed Listing – This one is huge. Sometimes, a listing gets suppressed, meaning it’s not visible to customers. When this happens, your sales completely stop, but you might not notice for days unless you check manually. With Alerts, you get notified immediately.

You can customize how you receive notifications.

In the settings, you can choose to get updates via:

• Emails – Choose to be notified immediately, daily, or turn off emails entirely.

Even if you decide to turn off email alerts, I highly recommend keeping some notifications active.
