Helium 10 Australia Pricing: Plans, Costs & Discounts

In this guide
The quick answer
How much does Helium 10 cost in Australia?
Helium 10 bills Australian customers in US dollars. Platinum currently costs US$129 monthly, or US$99 per month when billed annually. Diamond costs US$359 monthly, or US$279 per month when billed annually. Your Australian dollar cost depends on currency conversion, applicable taxes, and payment fees. Eligible subscriptions may qualify for VOVA6M20 or VOVA10.
Pricing checked: 23 October 2026. AUD examples below use an illustrative exchange rate, not a live currency quote.
Looking at Helium 10 Australia pricing can get confusing quickly. One page shows a monthly price, another shows an annual equivalent, and an older video may mention a plan that no longer appears in the main comparison.
I want to make the decision easier: understand the amount you will actually pay, choose tools that support your marketplace, and apply the offer that matches your subscription. A smaller advertised number is only useful when you know its billing conditions.
This guide accompanies my Australia pricing video below. It updates the subscription comparison using current information and adds practical budgeting examples, so you can compare your options without treating an old AUD conversion as a permanent price.

Helium 10 Australia pricing: monthly and annual costs
The official pricing page currently presents Platinum, Diamond, and Enterprise. Here are the two standard plans most relevant to an individual seller comparing subscriptions. Prices exclude applicable taxes and any coupon.
| Plan | Pay monthly | Pay annually |
|---|---|---|
| Platinum | US$129 per month | US$1,188 per year; US$99 monthly equivalent |
| Diamond | US$359 per month | US$3,348 per year; US$279 monthly equivalent |
The annual totals above are calculated by multiplying the displayed annual monthly equivalent by twelve. An annual equivalent describes the cost spread across a year; it does not mean you can buy one month at that rate.
Enterprise is a separate option for larger organisations with more complex requirements. For a first comparison, I would concentrate on the work you need to complete and whether Platinum or Diamond covers it.
What about Starter? My older video discusses Starter, Platinum, and Diamond. Starter is not listed in the current main pricing comparison. If you have an older plan or see a separate offer, check its actual terms instead of assuming the video’s Starter price remains available.
Existing subscriptions deserve extra care. Helium 10’s legacy plan guidance says a cancelled legacy plan cannot be reactivated. Before changing one, compare your existing price and allowances with the replacement.
How to calculate your Helium 10 cost in AUD
Helium 10’s billing guidance confirms that subscription charges and invoices use USD. An Australian dollar estimate helps with planning, but your card statement is where you see the actual converted charge.
Start with the final USD checkout amount after any accepted discount and applicable tax. Multiply that figure by your payment provider’s AUD cost for one US dollar. Then account for any separate conversion or international transaction fee your provider charges.
Budget formula: final USD amount × AUD per US$1, plus any separate payment fee. Use your provider’s quoted rate and fee schedule for your own calculation.
For illustration only, suppose US$1 equals A$1.50. The following amounts exclude taxes, payment fees, and coupons. This is a worked example, not today’s exchange rate or a fixed Australian price list.
| Plan | Monthly billing example | Annual billing example |
|---|---|---|
| Platinum | A$193.50 each month | A$1,782 yearly; A$148.50 monthly equivalent |
| Diamond | A$538.50 each month | A$5,022 yearly; A$418.50 monthly equivalent |
A small exchange-rate movement can change your software budget even when the USD subscription stays the same. For example, a hypothetical US$100 charge converts to A$145 at a rate of 1.45, or A$155 at 1.55, before other charges.
Keep both currencies in your budget: USD for comparing subscription offers, and AUD for planning cash. Mixing a converted monthly amount with an unconverted annual total makes a good offer surprisingly difficult to judge.
When recording a payment, save the USD invoice amount, the AUD amount charged, and any separately listed fee. This gives you a simple explanation for changes between months. If the USD invoice is unchanged but the AUD total rises, inspect the conversion and payment charges before assuming Helium 10 increased its subscription price.
Which Helium 10 plan should Australian sellers choose?
My starting point is a short task list. Write down what you need to do during the next month: research a product, review competitor keywords, improve an existing listing, or manage a growing catalogue. Then match the plan to those tasks.
Platinum’s current overview emphasises product and keyword research, basic performance visibility, and education. Diamond adds broader advertising and operational capabilities. Exact allowances matter, so check the comparison for the tools you will actually use.
Consider Platinum
You have a focused research or listing project and can complete it within the plan’s available tools and usage limits.
Consider Diamond
You can identify a specific recurring task, feature requirement, or usage limit that justifies paying more each month.
For example, imagine you are evaluating three product ideas and preparing your first listing. A useful purchasing question is whether the smaller plan provides enough searches and research depth to finish that project. Buying extra capacity you will not touch does little for your launch.
Now imagine an established catalogue with frequent advertising reviews and several people contributing to operations. Your decision becomes more detailed: which tasks can the higher plan support, which markets are covered, and what work remains outside the subscription?
Make your upgrade reason measurable. “I need this feature for a weekly review” is a stronger reason than “this plan sounds more professional.” Record the limitation you are solving, then check whether the upgrade actually removes it.
I would turn that into a simple worksheet with four columns: task, frequency, required feature, and available allowance. Include occasional work as well as daily work. A tool you use once for a launch deserves a different budget discussion from something your team needs every working day.
Also name the person who will use the feature. If nobody owns the task, upgrading may only create another unused option. Assign the work, schedule a review, and judge the subscription against completed decisions rather than the length of its feature list.
You can also use my Helium 10 pricing guide for more context. Always finish the comparison against the offer displayed in your own account.
Does Helium 10 work with Amazon Australia?
Yes, several Helium 10 tools support Amazon Australia. The official marketplace support list includes Black Box, the Chrome Extension, Cerebro, Magnet, Listing Builder, Keyword Tracker, and Profits, among others. Availability and subscription entitlement are separate checks.
That distinction matters. A tool can support Australia while your chosen plan limits its use. Likewise, a feature advertised across the overall platform may have different coverage in different marketplaces.
Before subscribing, pick one representative task and verify the whole path. If you want competitor keyword research, confirm that you can select Australia, enter a relevant Australian ASIN, and access the information required for your decision.
Helium 10’s Cerebro overview explicitly includes Australia among its supported Amazon markets. Its Black Box introduction also lists Australia for product research.
Your location and your selling marketplace are different things. You might live in Melbourne while selling on Amazon US, or operate from elsewhere while selling on Amazon Australia. Select the marketplace you are analysing rather than assuming your home country determines the data.
I would also avoid carrying US research conclusions straight into an Australian launch. Review the local search results, prices, competing products, and customer needs. A promising idea in one marketplace still needs its own investigation in another.
Helium 10 discount codes: VOVA6M20 and VOVA10
My two coupon options are VOVA6M20 for 20% off the first six months and VOVA10 for a recurring 10% discount on eligible subscriptions. Choose one offer and confirm its acceptance, duration, and billing conditions before paying.
VOVA6M20
20% off
First six months on an eligible subscription.
VOVA10
10% off
Recurring savings while the eligible offer remains applied.
The Helium 10 coupon guide explains these offers. The final checkout amount determines the discount you receive; a code mentioned in a video is not confirmation that every account or billing cycle qualifies.
Claim OfferWhich coupon saves more over your subscription?
Compare the total over the period you realistically expect to subscribe. A larger percentage for a shorter period can beat a smaller recurring percentage early on, while the result can change over a longer period.
Here is a hypothetical example using a subscription that costs US$100 per month. Assume both offers are eligible, the base price stays unchanged, the six-month offer returns to full price afterwards, and the recurring offer continues. Taxes and payment fees are excluded.
| Time subscribed | 20% off first six months | 10% off recurring |
|---|---|---|
| 6 months | US$480 total | US$540 total |
| 12 months | US$1,080 total | US$1,080 total |
| 18 months | US$1,680 total | US$1,620 total |
The calculation shows why I would not call one code universally better. Under these assumptions, the six-month offer saves more initially, the totals match after twelve months, and the recurring offer costs less after that.
To repeat the calculation for your own eligible monthly price, multiply it by 0.80 for each discounted month under the six-month offer, then use the full price afterwards. For the recurring offer, multiply each eligible monthly payment by 0.90. Add the payments for the same period and compare the totals before converting either result into AUD.
This method keeps the arithmetic transparent. You can change the starting price or planned subscription length without relying on an old screenshot that may use a different plan, currency, or promotion.
Your actual comparison may differ if you switch plans, stop subscribing, change billing cycles, or receive a different eligible promotion. Use the same starting price and the same time period for both options.
Also keep the decision about the plan separate from the decision about the coupon. A discount on features you do not need can still leave you paying more than necessary. Choose the suitable subscription first, then compare its accepted offers.
Should you pay monthly or annually?
Monthly billing is useful when your work schedule is uncertain. Perhaps you are researching a product, waiting for samples, or deciding whether a particular workflow suits you. Paying monthly lets you evaluate the subscription without committing a full year’s budget immediately.
Annual billing deserves consideration when you already use the tools regularly and expect that work to continue. The important comparison is the full annual payment against the number of monthly payments you would otherwise make.
For a hypothetical subscription priced at US$120 monthly or US$1,080 annually, the annual cost equals nine monthly payments. Someone who only needs six months would spend US$720 on monthly billing. Someone needing twelve would spend US$1,440. The cheaper choice depends on actual use.
Annual billing also changes cash timing. You may prefer keeping money available for samples, inventory, photography, or advertising, even if the annual software rate is lower. Put those competing costs beside the subscription before committing.
Do not assume discounts stack. Helium 10’s coupon instructions say promotional discounts cannot be combined and some codes do not apply to annual plans. Compare the actual annual checkout total with the actual monthly offer.
Before renewing annually, repeat the same review. A subscription that made sense during a busy launch period may need a different evaluation once the catalogue, team, or workload changes.
Build a budget beyond the software subscription
A research tool is one line in your selling budget. It does not replace the money you need for products, shipping, marketplace charges, creative work, or advertising. Keeping those costs visible prevents a software discount from dominating a much larger business decision.
Imagine you have set aside A$2,000 for a defined research and preparation phase. Before allocating any of it to software, list the sample orders, supplier checks, photography tests, and other work you expect to complete. Give each item an estimated amount and a date.
Then add the subscription using a realistic AUD estimate. If the total exceeds your budget, revise the project scope or timing. Do not quietly remove an essential product check just because an annual software offer appears attractive.
It also helps to separate cash paid now from costs spread over time. A yearly subscription may look manageable when divided into twelve equal parts, but the immediate payment still reduces the cash available for the current project.
For an established seller, the same exercise can start with time instead of launch spending. Identify a recurring manual task, estimate how long it takes, and test whether the software shortens it while maintaining the quality of the work. Record the result over several sessions.
A useful outcome might be a more consistent competitor review or a clearer research shortlist. Avoid assuming every hour saved automatically becomes extra revenue. Judge the benefit against what actually changes in your work and whether that change justifies the ongoing cost.
How to apply your Helium 10 discount
Use Helium 10’s official coupon instructions and check the final payment screen. The steps differ slightly for new and existing customers.
- Open the pricing page or, for an existing account, Plans & Billing.
- Enter VOVA6M20 or VOVA10 in the coupon field and apply it.
- Check the confirmation, then compare the available billing cycles.
- Select your plan and verify the discounted amount before completing payment.
If your account does not show a coupon field, or the discount is rejected, contact support about eligibility. Do not assume paying first will make the coupon apply afterwards.
Keep a copy of the confirmation and invoice. Record the billing cycle, renewal date, and any stated promotional end date together, so your next charge is easier to understand.
Make your first paid month useful
A subscription should support a concrete project. Before upgrading, prepare a small research list, relevant competitor products, and the questions you need answered. You will spend less of your paid time deciding where to begin.
For a first Australian product research project, I would organise the month around four outcomes:
- Define the market: decide which customer problem and Amazon marketplace you are studying.
- Compare candidates: collect consistent observations for a manageable shortlist.
- Check listing language: review relevant searches and how competing products explain their benefits.
- Write a decision: record what you learned, what remains uncertain, and the next piece of evidence you need.
These are suggested outcomes, not a promise that software can validate a business automatically. Supplier quality, delivery costs, product differentiation, and your available budget still need separate attention.
For example, suppose your shortlist contains three kitchen storage products for Amazon Australia. Give each candidate the same review structure: intended customer, competing listings, observed price range, relevant search phrases, product differences, and questions for suppliers. This makes the research easier to compare than a folder of unrelated screenshots.
Write down why you rejected an idea as carefully as why you kept one. A subscription can be useful when it helps you stop pursuing a weak candidate, even if you do not launch anything that month. Keep estimates separate from confirmed supplier quotes and actual sales results. When an important number changes, update the decision record. You will then have a practical explanation of what the research contributed and what still requires testing before committing money to stock.
At the end of the month, review what you completed. Did you use the features you expected? Did a limit actually block progress? Would another month support a clear next task? Those answers are more helpful than judging value by how often you opened the dashboard.
Open a practical first-month review checklist
Choose one completed research task and write down the original question, the information you collected, and the decision it supported. Note any missing evidence. Then identify one task for the next month and the feature needed to complete it.
If you cannot identify a next task, review the subscription before renewal. If the next task needs more capacity, check the exact limit before upgrading. Keep this note with your billing information so the spending decision stays connected to the work.
If you are still exploring, read my free account and trial guide. Free access has limits, so check what is available before planning a project around it.
Helium 10 Australia pricing FAQs
Is Helium 10 charged in Australian dollars?
No. Helium 10 bills in USD. The AUD amount depends on the conversion applied by your payment provider and any relevant fees. Use your invoice and card statement together when checking the charge.
Can I combine VOVA6M20 and VOVA10?
No. Compare them as separate offers. Helium 10’s coupon guidance does not allow promotional discounts to be combined. Choose the eligible code that gives you the preferred total for your expected subscription period.
Does an annual monthly equivalent mean monthly payments?
No. It spreads the annual price across twelve months for comparison. Check the amount due today and the billing cycle before paying, rather than relying only on the smaller monthly equivalent.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Helium 10 provides a cancellation workflow through Plans & Billing. Follow every confirmation step in its cancellation guide. Cancelling and receiving a refund are separate matters; check the applicable terms before subscribing.
Which plan is best for an Australian beginner?
Start with your immediate project and required marketplace support. Choose the lowest suitable plan whose features and limits cover that work. Upgrade when you can explain which additional capability you need and how you will use it.
