To be honest, I had been thinking about this for around a year and a half before it happened, so it wasn’t a shock to me.
It wasn’t like I decided to sell the business quickly and was suddenly surprised by the sale.

I had time to picture how things would look afterward, so when the deal actually went through, it felt strange, but not shocking.
When I saw that big amount — over a million dollars — hit my account, it was definitely a “wow” moment.
You know, seeing that much money in one go was huge.
But oddly, I didn’t feel as excited as I thought I would.
It didn’t have a huge emotional impact at first.
The one moment that really hit me was when I called my father to tell him about it.
Hearing how proud he was, that’s when I really felt something.
That moment stuck with me, and it felt great.
But other than that, I didn’t have any overwhelming emotions.
I thought that seeing the money would make me happier, but it didn’t change much.
