The top tiles highlight primary metrics based on your selected date range, such as last month, last week, or today. To get a more detailed look, hitting the "More" option breaks down your gross numbers into clear subcategories:
Revenue Streams: You can view your product sales subtotal side by side with the exact shipping fees paid by your customers.
Ad Spend Transparency: The platform pulls in live advertising costs at both the global account level and the individual product level.
Fulfillment Tracking: If you utilize Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS), the software automatically captures those storage and pick fees.
Bottom-Line Profit: After applying your cost of goods sold (COGS) and Walmart's referral percentages, the system exposes your true gross profit.
Right underneath this high-level view is a structured list of every individual product sold during that time frame. This grid is completely flexible. You can add extra columns like unit counts or gross margin percentages to match your workflow.
Clicking on any single item unfolds an identical, granular fee structure showing exactly why that product performed the way it did. If you need to audit individual invoices, you can swap the product view to the "Ordered Items" mode to inspect specific customer transactions.

Whenever you click on a specific data point or spike on the graph, the product list below adjusts to show exactly which items drove those results.
Profit & Loss (P&L) Sheet: This section provides a classic accounting spreadsheet layout. It makes retrospective analysis easy, letting you track how your fixed overhead or variable marketplace fees change from month to month.
Trends View: This layout is ideal for tracking a single metric across your entire catalog. For example, if you want to find out which products experienced the sharpest increase in marketing costs over the last month, you can sort your catalog by ad spend trends to locate the exact item.

Managing Cost of Goods (COGS)
To calculate true profit, the software needs accurate stock values. The primary setup area for this is the dedicated Products Page.
Since inventory costs change over time, the system uses a flexible batch accounting method. Instead of applying a permanent, fixed price to an item, you can assign different product costs to different date periods.
For instance, if you ship an initial batch of 300 units at one price, and your manufacturer changes their pricing on the next shipment a month later, you can simply create a new batch with an updated starting date and unit cost.
The dashboard automatically applies the correct cost baseline depending on exactly when an item was purchased by a customer.

Custom Shipping and Pick Profiles
If you fulfill orders yourself instead of using WFS, you must account for your own outbound shipping expenses to keep your profit margins accurate. You can build out highly tailored calculations on the Shipping Cost Page.
The software lets you build individual pricing profiles based on how your carrier charges you. You can tell the system to look at what the customer was charged, ignore shipping entirely, or recreate your carrier's actual weight-based grid.
If your courier charges varying rates depending on weight tiers, you can build rows matching those brackets, such as one flat rate for packages under three kilograms, a mid-tier rate for three to six kilograms, and a higher rate for larger items.

These shipping rules can be mapped directly to specific countries, regional zones, or specific shipping methods.
If you prefer a completely direct approach, you can download the platform’s standard order template, fill in your exact label costs for every order, and upload it back into the system.
For multi-product setups, you can apply these custom shipping matrices to your entire catalog or limit them to select groups of items.
Additionally, if you use a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse that charges you fixed operational handling rates, you can log those specific expenses on the Pick and Pack Page to clear out any remaining hidden fees.
