Master Sellerise Review Tools - Your Amazon FBA Advantage
Greetings, fellow Amazon enthusiasts!
Today, we're diving headfirst into the world of Sellerise's Review section tools, and I've got a fantastic tutorial lined up for you.
I'm Vova Even, your guide through this Amazon FBA wonderland.
In this tutorial, we're teaming up with none other than Dima Kubrak, the mastermind behind Sellerise.
Together, we'll explore the nitty-gritty of Sellerise's Review tools, including the Review Requester, the Review Dashboard, the Review Downloader, and the Review Puncher.
But that's not all – I've got some amazing resources and links right here in this article, all stemming from my Sellerise A to Z tutorial of all the tools video.
Plus, I've got a special treat for you at the end – a free Sellerise trial and an awesome discount.
And the best part?
I've transformed our insightful conversation into an easy-to-read format, so you can absorb all this Amazon wisdom at your own pace.
But if you're more of a visual learner, you can catch the video version or explore my YouTube tutorial.
So, let's jump right into the heart of our conversation with Dima and unravel the Sellerise magic!
________________
Introduction
Vova: Hey there, it's Vova Even, your go-to guy for all things Amazon FBA.
Today, I'm bringing you something special, a breakdown of the Sellerise features around Amazon FBA review management.
Trust me, these tools will make your life a whole lot easier.
Now, let's kick things off with Dima, the co-founder of Sellerise, as he walks us through this exciting journey.
Sellerise Review Dashboard
Dima: Alright, so let's get started with the Review section.
The "Review Dashboard" is where the magic happens.
It's like the cockpit of your Amazon FBA spaceship.
Here, you get the full scoop on all the statistics for your products.
Just pick a product—any product—and let's see what we've got.
When you click on a product, you're in for a treat.
You'll see stats, ratings, the number of reviews, and even how many reviews are hanging out on page one.
Oh, and look, there's a little red "Negative On Page" marker.
It indicates the number of negative reviews on the first page.
And this information is vital because it means trouble brewing.
You'd better keep an eye on those.
Now, I won't dive deep into strategies for improving your main page because some of them might not be Amazon's cup of tea.
You might want to explore those elsewhere.
But what I will do today is equip you with a couple of tools that will help you zap those negative reviews and summon more of the good ones.
The best part?
These tools are 100% US compliant.
Yes, you heard me right.
These tools are the real deal, and they've got Amazon's seal of approval.
We're in constant communication with their team to ensure everything is A-OK.
Safety first, right?
Now, once you've ventured into your real Amazon FBA account, the "Common Phrases" tab is your treasure map.
Here, you'll discover the secret language of your customers.
It's like having a window into their minds.
You'll see one, two, three, or even four-word combinations that people frequently use when they're describing your product in their reviews.
It's a goldmine of insight.
Take a five-star review where someone says, "This looks so much better."
On the flip side, there might be a one or two-star review that complains about the same product.
By examining these keywords and phrases, you can spot patterns and ask yourself, "Why are folks always griping about the product size? Is it something we overlooked in our bullet points, title, or description? Are customers expecting pink when we're serving up a red-ish hue?"
These are the kind of questions that will lead you to making your product better, addressing potential customer confusion, and ultimately improving your Amazon FBA game.
And speaking of game-changers, let me introduce you to the "Goal Calculator."
It's like having your very own Amazon FBA wizard.
Picture this: you've got a product with a decent 4.5 rating, but your goal is to hit that glorious 4.7.
Sellerise has your back.
This tab will tell you exactly how many reviews you need to either gain or shed to reach that magic number.
Vova: I've got to chime in here.
I jumped on the Sellerise bandwagon after hearing about this tool, probably from Dima himself in one of his videos.
Let me tell you, it's as cool and nice as they come.
It's all about making your FBA journey smoother and smarter.
Dima: Thanks, Vova! Your appreciation means a lot to us.
Now, let's shift our gaze to another handy feature - the "Review Gains."
This nifty tool shows you how reviews have been added to your listing over time, whether it's throughout the year or in the last 30 days, or your defined (custom) range.
It's a handy way to track your progress.
And check this out, we also have the "Common Phrases" section.
It's my little addition, a sneak peek into what customers are saying about your product.
This kind of insight can be gold.
But here's the deal, if you ever have ideas to improve your Review Dashboard or any other dashboard on Sellerise, we're all ears.
We've got a chat feature on the bottom-right corner of the screen where our team is ready to assist you.
They're usually on live chat duty, but if they're swamped, just leave a request, and they'll get back to you at the speed of light.
We're here to answer all your questions.
However, a quick note - while our support team can help you navigate the tools, understand buttons, and sort out any technical hiccups, they can't give you a crash course in Amazon selling.
We'd love to help you skyrocket your Amazon business, but we can't provide consulting on the specific strategies you should use.
So, keep that in mind as you reach out to our support team.
We're here to make your journey as smooth as possible.
Vova: You know what, folks?
If you're looking for some extra learning resources, check out Sellerise YouTube channel.
It's a goldmine of knowledge.
They've got all sorts of tips and tricks, and they've even offered a free account and some sweet discounts (10% recurring discount on all plans).
It's like an educational treasure trove for all you wonderful people watching (reading).
Dima: Absolutely!
We're also doing weekly calls where we spill the beans on different strategies to supercharge your Amazon business.
But, here's a little secret from me.
Sometimes, it's good to dive into a complete course, and other times, you can go rogue like I did.
Get your hands dirty, dig into all those numbers, and explore Seller Central like a pro.
Practical experience is invaluable.
Test things out, experiment, and see what works.
If someone's telling you, "Which campaign should I activate?"
My advice?
Activate both and see how it goes, then scale it up.
Vova: Wise words, Dima.
It's all about hands-on learning and finding what clicks for your unique journey.
That's the Sellerise spirit!
Dima: It's all about testing, failing, succeeding, and then, once you've got that track record of success in your pocket, you can start thinking about scaling up.
But here's a golden rule: don't try to scale up unless you've got that proof of concept.
Scaling without it can be like setting your hard-earned cash on fire.
We don't want that, do we?
Sellerise Review Requester
Dima: Now, let's dive into another exciting tool, the "Review Requester."
It's a powerhouse and one of the most common tools out there.
In fact, we were one of the pioneers in enabling this feature for Amazon sellers.
We've got a free Chrome extension, which is fantastic for beginners.
There are around 10,000 users using our Review Requester Chrome extension every day.
But here's where things get super interesting.
Inside Sellerise, we've got a desktop version of the Review Requester, and it's next-level stuff.
If you're serious about making a bank on Amazon, this is a tool you absolutely must have in your seller account and your Amazon arsenal.
It's a game-changer.
Now, let's get into what sets our Review Requester apart from the rest of the pack.
It's all about understanding the magic under the hood.
You see, most requesters out there operate by manipulating your browser.
Imagine a Chrome extension going in and clicking buttons within your seller account, mimicking your manual actions.
But here's where our Review Requester shines.
It's a fully approved system by Amazon, and it operates through user permissions.
This approach completely changes the game when it comes to how Amazon perceives your system's requests for reviews.
Now, here's the cool part - we've got a slew of filters that give you laser precision in your review requests.
You can set it up to send review requests only to folks who've left you seller feedback and given you five shining stars.
And the real game-changer?
You can prevent those who've left you a one-star seller feedback from receiving your review request.
After all, if someone didn't like your product, sending them a review request is a bit like inviting a raincloud to your picnic, right?
So, we're all about making sure your review requests land in the right hands, and it's a game plan that works like a charm.
Now, let's talk about strategy.
When it comes to sending review requests, you want to be smart about it.
That's where our Review Requester shines.
First, let's chat about repeat buyers.
These are your loyal fans.
They've already shown you some love by making a return purchase.
It's like a guaranteed thumbs-up.
Repeat buyers are nearly 100% certain to leave you glowing, positive reviews because they genuinely like your product.
On the flip side, there are folks who might not be thrilled with their purchase and want a refund.
These aren't the ones you want to target with your review requests.
People requesting refunds are likely not fans of your product.
We'll help you steer clear of that scenario.
But here's where things get really interesting: the "Custom Request Time."
We've got two stellar options out of all - AI Time and Buy Time.
AI Time is like having a review-savvy assistant.
Our system analyzes when you're receiving the most reviews per day and, based on that data, we choose the optimal time to send your review requests.
It's all about maximizing your chances for success.
Now, Buy Time is a different ballgame.
It's based on customer behavior.
Imagine this: your customer bought your product at 5 PM two weeks ago.
We make an educated guess that at 5 PM, two weeks later, they'll be more active online.
It's all about syncing with their habits and optimizing the timing for your review requests.
Fascinating, right?
It's like your very own secret weapon for getting those reviews at the perfect moment.
I've got a favorite here, and that's the Buy Time, but some folks prefer the AI Time.
It really depends on your preferences.
Everything else is a piece of cake.
You can select the Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or ASAP.
You've got options galore.
Now, once you've got your settings just the way you like, it's as easy as clicking "Send Request."
It's like setting your review requests on autopilot.
I'd recommend playing around with these two filters, but the choice is yours.
Speaking of settings, there's also the "Daily Limit."
If you're just getting started with Sellerise and want to ease into it, you can limit how many requests go out each day.
On the flip side, if you want to send requests from a specific date, like yesterday, you can do that too.
And here's a nifty bit of info: If someone has already requested a review from your product using another tool or service, like a Chrome extension or from another company, don't worry.
Sellerise is on it.
We're not going to double-dip.
Our system will recognize that a request has already been made, and we won't bother the customer again.
You can track everything in "Requested Orders."
It's all about being smart and efficient.
That's just a glimpse of how advanced our Review Requester system is.
Now, let's talk about another smart feature - the ability to control your review requests in specific situations.
You might be running giveaways, or perhaps you have a list of buyers who snagged your products at a discount.
Sometimes, you might not want to request reviews from these groups, and that's where our system shines.
Click on "Excluded Orders."
And here, you can upload a list, import orders, and set up exclusions.
For example, you could upload a list of, let's say, 100 orders, and these customers won't receive review requests from our system.
It's like having a built-in filter to tailor your requests exactly as you want.
But here's where it gets even more sophisticated.
You can create custom configurations for individual products.
Maybe you've had a not-so-great experience with a particular batch of products from a factory.
The quality isn't up to par, like, it smells off or something's just not right.
We've all been there.
You don't want to request reviews from those customers.
You can disable the product temporarily until the issue is sorted out or until that batch is sold out.
It's all about maintaining your reputation and making sure your customers are satisfied.
Speed is often the name of the game in business.
Acting fast, spotting problems, and addressing them can make all the difference.
That's why our Smart Alerts, which I explained in the video below, are crucial.
They keep you on the ball, enabling you to monitor your entire business effectively.
Sellerise Review Downloader
Dima: But here's another nifty tool in our arsenal: the "Review Downloader."
It's straightforward but incredibly handy.
It operates like a Chrome extension.
You can hop onto any Amazon page, and with a click, you download all the reviews from your Amazon listing.
Now, here's where it gets exciting.
Walmart now allows you to add reviews to any Walmart listing.
So, you download your Amazon reviews, run them through a keyword processor to remove any mentions of "Amazon Prime delivery," and then, you take this list and upload it to your Shopify store.
From there, you can reach out to Walmart and say, "Hey, folks, this is the list of my product, and I have, let's say, 1,000 reviews. Can you please connect these reviews to my Walmart listing?"
And voilà, overnight, you've got a cool hack to pump up your Walmart reviews.
It's an incredibly effective method.
No more relying solely on giveaways to get reviews.
You can leverage your existing Amazon reviews and make them work for you on Walmart.
It's powerful, it's effective, and it still works like a charm.
We've added thousands of reviews to our Walmart products using this method.
It's like a review-boosting shortcut!
So, it was a quick practical tip for you.
Sellerise Review Puncher
Dima: Now, let's dive into the "Review Puncher."
It's another incredible tool we've got in our arsenal.
The name might sound a bit aggressive, but it's all about maintaining the balance.
If the Review Request tool helps you gather more positive reviews, the Review Puncher is like your secret agent for erasing the negative ones.
I've got a case study I'll be sharing on social media soon, showcasing how the Review Puncher is a superhero in battling those pesky one, two, or three-star reviews.
But here's the magic behind it.
The Review Puncher reaches out to customers who've left those less-than-stellar reviews, offering them a currency refund or a replacement.
It's not just about getting rid of the negative feedback; it's about turning those frowns upside down.
I can confirm this from personal experience.
I've got a review on Amazon that I'll share on social media later.
A Review Puncher agent contacted the customer, offered them a solution, and the customer was so thrilled that they engaged with us and transformed their one-star review into a shiny five-star.
Now, isn't that fantastic?
You see, many of the tools inside Sellerise are designed to make your life easier in the world of Amazon selling.
As a seller, you juggle a ton of responsibilities: reviews, rankings, product optimization, conversions, inventory, shipments, and the list goes on.
Tools like the Review Puncher step in to put some of these tasks on autopilot, letting you focus on what really matters.
It's all about streamlining your Amazon business!
Here's the icing on the cake with the Review Puncher.
It's not just powerful; it's also fully compliant with Amazon's terms of service.
Amazon introduced this tool to help sellers combat negative reviews and stay in line with their policies.
It's like having a guardian angel to protect your reputation and adhere to the rules Amazon sets.
So, that's the lowdown on the Review Puncher.
When you sign up for Sellerise, don't forget to activate all these amazing tools like smart alerts, the review request tool, and many others we've got up our sleeves.
The Review Puncher is your trusty sidekick in tackling those less-than-glowing reviews.
Vova: Nice one, Dima! It's clear that Sellerise has thought of everything to make life easier for Amazon sellers.
