When you click on a product, you're in for a treat. 


You'll see stats, ratings, the number of reviews, and even how many reviews are hanging out on page one. 



Oh, and look, there's a little red "Negative On Page" marker. 



It indicates the number of negative reviews on the first page.


And this information is vital because it means trouble brewing. 


You'd better keep an eye on those. 


Now, I won't dive deep into strategies for improving your main page because some of them might not be Amazon's cup of tea. 


You might want to explore those elsewhere.


But what I will do today is equip you with a couple of tools that will help you zap those negative reviews and summon more of the good ones. 


The best part? 


These tools are 100% US compliant. 


Yes, you heard me right.

Now, let's talk about strategy. 


When it comes to sending review requests, you want to be smart about it. 


That's where our Review Requester shines.


First, let's chat about repeat buyers. 


These are your loyal fans. 


They've already shown you some love by making a return purchase. 


It's like a guaranteed thumbs-up. 


Repeat buyers are nearly 100% certain to leave you glowing, positive reviews because they genuinely like your product.



On the flip side, there are folks who might not be thrilled with their purchase and want a refund. 


These aren't the ones you want to target with your review requests. 


People requesting refunds are likely not fans of your product. 


We'll help you steer clear of that scenario.


But here's where things get really interesting: the "Custom Request Time." 


We've got two stellar options out of all - AI Time and Buy Time.



AI Time is like having a review-savvy assistant. 


Our system analyzes when you're receiving the most reviews per day and, based on that data, we choose the optimal time to send your review requests. 


It's all about maximizing your chances for success.


Now, Buy Time is a different ballgame. 


It's based on customer behavior. 


Imagine this: your customer bought your product at 5 PM two weeks ago. 


We make an educated guess that at 5 PM, two weeks later, they'll be more active online. 


It's all about syncing with their habits and optimizing the timing for your review requests.


Fascinating, right? 


It's like your very own secret weapon for getting those reviews at the perfect moment.


I've got a favorite here, and that's the Buy Time, but some folks prefer the AI Time. 


It really depends on your preferences. 


Everything else is a piece of cake. 


You can select the Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or ASAP. 


You've got options galore.


Now, once you've got your settings just the way you like, it's as easy as clicking "Send Request." 


It's like setting your review requests on autopilot. 


I'd recommend playing around with these two filters, but the choice is yours.


Speaking of settings, there's also the "Daily Limit." 



If you're just getting started with Sellerise and want to ease into it, you can limit how many requests go out each day. 


On the flip side, if you want to send requests from a specific date, like yesterday, you can do that too.


And here's a nifty bit of info: If someone has already requested a review from your product using another tool or service, like a Chrome extension or from another company, don't worry. 


Sellerise is on it. 


We're not going to double-dip. 


Our system will recognize that a request has already been made, and we won't bother the customer again. 


You can track everything in "Requested Orders."



It's all about being smart and efficient. 


That's just a glimpse of how advanced our Review Requester system is.


Now, let's talk about another smart feature - the ability to control your review requests in specific situations. 


You might be running giveaways, or perhaps you have a list of buyers who snagged your products at a discount. 


Sometimes, you might not want to request reviews from these groups, and that's where our system shines.


Click on "Excluded Orders."



And here, you can upload a list, import orders, and set up exclusions. 



For example, you could upload a list of, let's say, 100 orders, and these customers won't receive review requests from our system. 


It's like having a built-in filter to tailor your requests exactly as you want.


But here's where it gets even more sophisticated. 


You can create custom configurations for individual products. 



Maybe you've had a not-so-great experience with a particular batch of products from a factory. 


The quality isn't up to par, like, it smells off or something's just not right. 


We've all been there. 


You don't want to request reviews from those customers. 


You can disable the product temporarily until the issue is sorted out or until that batch is sold out. 



It's all about maintaining your reputation and making sure your customers are satisfied.


Speed is often the name of the game in business. 


Acting fast, spotting problems, and addressing them can make all the difference. 


That's why our Smart Alerts, which I explained in the video below, are crucial. 



They keep you on the ball, enabling you to monitor your entire business effectively.


Sellerise Review Downloader


Dima: But here's another nifty tool in our arsenal: the "Review Downloader." 



It's straightforward but incredibly handy. 


It operates like a Chrome extension. 


You can hop onto any Amazon page, and with a click, you download all the reviews from your Amazon listing.


Now, here's where it gets exciting. 


Walmart now allows you to add reviews to any Walmart listing. 


So, you download your Amazon reviews, run them through a keyword processor to remove any mentions of "Amazon Prime delivery," and then, you take this list and upload it to your Shopify store. 


From there, you can reach out to Walmart and say, "Hey, folks, this is the list of my product, and I have, let's say, 1,000 reviews. Can you please connect these reviews to my Walmart listing?" 


And voilà, overnight, you've got a cool hack to pump up your Walmart reviews. 


It's an incredibly effective method.


No more relying solely on giveaways to get reviews. 


You can leverage your existing Amazon reviews and make them work for you on Walmart. 


It's powerful, it's effective, and it still works like a charm.

So, it was a quick practical tip for you.
