I presented them with different options for my ski bag design, I was able to see which one resonated most with potential customers.


In this case, the clear winner was the third option – adding backpack straps for easier carrying.


This feedback proved to be invaluable.


It prevented me from wasting time and resources on features that might not have appealed to my target market.



The next step was to work with the supplier to finalize the design with backpack straps and obtain a high-quality image.


We then used PickFu again to compare our customized ski bag to the top competitors' offerings.


This was our design:



And we compared it with three different competitors.



The results were fantastic!


Our design, informed by real customer feedback, came out on top.
