When your Amazon account gets suspended, the first thing you'll probably do is contact the account health dashboard.

But what happens when they don't respond, or the process is taking too long?

This is where it gets frustrating, and you might need to escalate things.

The Escalation Teams

Jeff@amazon.com and AJassy@amazon.com are the two email addresses most Amazon sellers reach out to when appealing issues.

These are still fine emails to contact, and you should try them first.

The Secret Escalation Email

In case the primary escalation emails don't work, don't panic just yet.

According to David, he's seen a lot of success when contacting the escalation-resolution@amazon.com team.

This is another escalation email you should keep in mind and try if you've already contacted Jeff and AJassy (Andy Jassy – named after the CEO of Amazon).

Restricted Products Issues

If you're dealing with restricted product issues, going through the account health dashboard may not work.

Again, try the Jeff and AJassy email addresses first.

If they don't work, there's a specific legal team that is providing responses from human beings (at least as of right now).
