Ever wondered what it’s like to have an agency fully manage your Amazon business?
In my latest YouTube video, I sat down with Kris and Adrian, the co-founders of Amvisible, a full-service Amazon FBA agency.
These guys help sellers at nearly every stage, from setting up accounts and optimizing listings to managing PPC campaigns and forecasting profits.
We also talked about their pricing model, how they structure partnerships with clients, and what kind of results they’ve achieved for sellers around the globe.
If you’ve been considering getting expert help to scale your Amazon business, this conversation will give you a clear picture of what working with a full-service agency like Amvisible looks like.
____________
What Is Amvisible and How Can They Help Amazon Sellers
Vova: Hey everyone, welcome to this review of Amvisible!
In today’s conversation, I’m joined by Kris and Adrian, the co-founders of the company.
Together, we’ll be diving into what Amvisible actually does.
From what I know, these guys can practically help you run your entire Amazon business.
That includes things like optimizing your product listings, managing and fine-tuning your PPC campaigns, and pretty much guiding you through different stages of the seller journey.
We’re going to discuss the kind of help they can provide, what their pricing structure looks like, and how their services can fit different sellers’ needs.
Oh, and by the way, these two also run another agency called AdFixer, which focuses specifically on Amazon PPC optimization.
It’s actually a pretty cool automation software that helps sellers manage their advertising more effectively.
Meet Kris and Adrian, The Founders of Amvisible
Vova: So, Kris and Adrian! Let’s start simple.
Can you introduce yourselves and give everyone a quick sense of who you are?
Kris: Absolutely!
My full name is Hristo, but everyone calls me Kris.
I’m one of the co-founders of both Amvisible and AdFixer.
Adrian and I built these together, and it’s been an exciting journey so far.
Adrian: Hello everyone, I’m Adrian.
Like Kris said, we started this entire venture together from scratch, and it’s been incredible to see it grow.
We’re honestly thrilled to be here today, Vova.
Thank you so much for having us on to talk about what we do.
Vova: Of course!
I’m really glad to have you both here.
And for anyone reading, let me add, this isn’t the first time we’ve collaborated.
We’ve actually created quite a bit of content together already, including a detailed tutorial of their PPC automation software.
We’ve done several videos covering Amazon PPC strategies, so for anyone who wants to go deeper into that, click the button below to access the complete playlist.
What Does Amvisible Do for Amazon Sellers
Vova: Let’s get into the main topic.
Amvisible… What exactly do you guys do as an agency?
Could you walk us through how you help Amazon sellers and what kind of services they can expect?
Adrian: Sure thing! We’re essentially a full-service Amazon agency.
That means we handle pretty much every part of selling on Amazon for our clients.
Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been selling for a while, we can step in and manage the process.
For new sellers, that can mean everything from setting up your Amazon account to helping you gather all the necessary documents.
For established sellers, it usually starts with optimizing what you already have - things like improving your product listings, advertising campaigns, and overall strategy.
How Amvisible Works with Clients Step-by-Step
Adrian: The very first step with anyone who reaches out is simple: we hop on a call.
During that conversation, we try to really get to know you and your business.
Are you completely new to Amazon?
Are you an experienced seller who’s hit a roadblock?
What challenges are you facing?
Once we understand your situation, we provide a free consultation where we give you clear feedback on what you can do next and what changes might make the biggest difference.
Building a Custom Amazon Growth Strategy
Adrian: If you decide to move forward and work with us, that’s when we get into the real planning stage.
We create a budget for the upcoming months.
And this isn’t just a rough guess, it’s a detailed budget that takes into account every possible cost involved in selling on Amazon.
That includes Amazon’s fees, FBA fees if you’re using Fulfillment by Amazon, transportation costs if you’re using FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant), your advertising expenses, and of course, your product costs.
From there, we use all of that information to make a realistic forecast.
We don’t just throw out big promises. We look at historical data, study your competitors, analyze your product’s position in the market, and work with you to establish achievable goals.
We figure out what success can realistically look like for your business.
Once the strategy is mapped out, it’s not a “set it and forget it” situation.
It’s constant communication.
Before making any big changes, we discuss them with you.
We also create detailed marketing funnels and a complete, step-by-step strategy to keep your business moving in the right direction.
And I want to emphasize something important here: we believe in being completely honest.
If we don’t think your product is ready for the market or we believe the chances of success are low, we’ll tell you upfront.
We’d much rather have that hard conversation early than watch you waste your money on something that isn’t going to work.
Vova: Yeah, that’s pretty cool.
Kris: Exactly.
To put it simply, we handle everything for you; from creating and optimizing your product listings, to managing SEO, building PPC funnels, and even creating detailed forecasts.
It’s truly an A-to-Z service.
For example, if someone leaves a bad review on your product, we manage that.
We also handle direct communication with customers when needed.
On top of that, we provide you with weekly reports that clearly outline what we’ve accomplished, what’s still in progress, and what actions we’ll need from your side.
It’s all about making sure you know exactly what’s happening with your account at every step.
Vova: Got it.
Does Amvisible Help with Product Sourcing Too
Vova: Do you also help with product sourcing?
Or do people need to come to you with products already figured out?
Kris: That’s a good question.
We don’t really focus on sourcing at the moment.
===
My guide How To Find Great Products For Reselling On Amazon might help you with that…
===
However, we can definitely give tips and guidance to sellers who don’t yet have products.
We’ve actually had similar clients before.
In those cases, we’ve offered suggestions based on our research - products like menstrual cups, bed sheets, baby shampoo, or other items with potential.
Beyond just ideas, we can also provide a forecast for how those products might perform on Amazon.
We’ll even give advice on how to set up the business structure properly and start building a brand.
So while product research isn’t our main service, we’re definitely open to helping in that area when needed.
Adrian: Yeah, exactly.
It’s not our primary focus, but we’ve done it before and we’re happy to assist when clients need that extra guidance.
Vova: Okay, pretty cool.

Advertising, PPC Management, and Real Results
Kris: When it comes to advertising, we cover the full spectrum - pay-per-click (PPC) management, strategic ad placement, and cost-efficient campaigns.
But it doesn’t stop there.
We also focus on listing optimization to maximize product visibility, enhance branding, and even drive external traffic to your Amazon listings.
That could mean bringing in visitors from platforms like Facebook, Google, YouTube, or even TikTok.
It really depends on where it makes the most sense for your product.
Adrian: Exactly.
And that’s a key point; it depends on the product.
If your Amazon PPC is not working, it doesn’t mean there’s some issue with your ad.
Some products really benefit from external traffic, while for others, it’s not as necessary.
So we take the time to figure out what’s going to work best for each specific case.
Kris: Right.
In fact, let me share an example.
One of our case studies involved a client selling bed sheets.
Before working with us, they had an ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales) of around 56% with about $130,000 in sales.
After implementing our strategy, we increased their sales to $209,000 while dropping their ACoS to just 22%.
When we meet with potential clients, we often present these types of case studies so they can see real-world results.
Of course, we respect our clients’ privacy, we always sign NDAs, but we share enough to demonstrate what’s possible with the right strategy.
Adrian: And that’s really the key; advertising with a strategy.
When you approach PPC and branding with a plan, everything works together.
But it’s not just ads; all the visuals, messaging, and positioning need to align.
At the end of the day, our website and our process are intentionally simple.
We want to start a conversation with sellers - understand their struggles, their goals, and their products.
Every product category is different, every seller has unique challenges, and our job is to tailor a solution that fits their exact situation.
How Amvisible Pricing Works
Vova: Alright, let’s talk numbers. What about pricing?
Is there a pricing section on your website, or is it usually a case-by-case thing?
I’m guessing people can just contact you for a free consultation first.
But if you don’t mind sharing, what does pricing typically look like?
I know it depends on the client, their needs, and the size of their business, but can you give us an idea?
Adrian: Great question.
So actually, our pricing falls into two main categories.
The first category is for brand-new products and sellers.
These are people who are just starting out on Amazon.
With them, there’s a lot of groundwork to do.
Things like designing the listings, conducting product research, assisting with documentation, and often even helping them register a trademark…
Essentially, we help them get fully set up for success.
For these clients, we usually charge a flat monthly fee during the early stages.
This covers all the heavy lifting we do in the setup phase because, honestly, it’s a lot of work upfront.
And we also want to ensure there’s commitment.
We don’t want someone dropping off after a month when we’ve just set everything up.
After that initial stage, once they start generating revenue, the pricing shifts to either a percentage of their revenue or a percentage of their net profits.
The second category is for established Amazon accounts; sellers who already have some history and data.
In these cases, we typically work on that same percentage-based model (revenue or net profit).
We find that this approach creates a real partnership mindset.
It keeps everyone motivated and aligned because when they grow, we grow too.
Vova: That sounds fair.
I like that structure. It makes sense for both sides.

Amvisible’s Global Reach and Final Thoughts
Vova: Before we wrap up, anything else you’d like to add about the agency?
Maybe share where most of your clients are based?
Kris: Sure! We actually work with clients all over the world.
Of course, we have plenty from the US, Germany, and the UK, but also from Bulgaria, Turkey, Romania, Japan, India, Argentina, and even Bosnia.
It’s been amazing to connect with sellers globally and adapt our strategies to different markets.
Vova: That’s awesome; really impressive reach.
Well, thank you both for sharing so much about Amvisible and what you do.
It’s been great having you here.
Adrian & Kris: Thank you for having us, Vova!
It was a pleasure.
