Helium 10 Yearly Subscription: Pricing & Discounts 2026

In this guide
The quick answer
How do you get the cheapest Helium 10 yearly subscription?
Compare annual billing on the official Helium 10 pricing page, choose the lowest tier that covers your needs, and check whether VOVA6M20 or VOVA10 reduces your checkout total. Annual billing can cost less over a full year, but coupon eligibility varies. Compare the amount due today, the subscription length, and the renewal price before paying.
A lower subscription price leaves more room for the work that actually moves your Amazon business forward: researching products, improving listings, and testing ideas. But a discount only helps when you buy a plan you will use.
My approach is straightforward: decide what you need first, then compare the payment options. A big percentage on an expensive package can still mean spending more than necessary.
This guide expands on my short video about buying a cheaper Helium 10 yearly subscription. You will find a current price comparison, a practical checkout process, and a way to decide whether paying annually makes sense for your situation.

Helium 10 monthly vs. yearly pricing
At the time of checking on October 27, 2026, the public pricing page showed the following rates. The annual totals and savings below are calculated from those rates, before coupons, taxes, or optional extras.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | Yearly saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Platinum | $129/month $1,548 over 12 months | $99/month equivalent $1,188 billed yearly | $360 |
| Diamond | $359/month $4,308 over 12 months | $279/month equivalent $3,348 billed yearly | $960 |
Prices are in USD. Platinum is the lower-priced standard paid tier in this comparison. Enterprise requires a separate assessment for larger businesses.

How to check the annual offer before buying
Helium 10's coupon instructions explain the process for new and existing customers. For a new subscription:
- Open the pricing page. Find the promo-code field before selecting Buy Now.
- Apply one code. Enter VOVA6M20 or VOVA10 and look for confirmation.
- Select annual billing. Check the displayed price; some coupons do not apply to yearly subscriptions.
- Choose the appropriate plan. Read its included features and usage limits.
- Review the final payment screen. Confirm the code, billing period, and total before completing payment.
Existing customers should start in Plans & Billing. A missing coupon field can indicate that the account is not currently eligible; contact support if needed.
Helium 10 says discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or existing discounts. Do not add two coupon percentages together or assume a monthly offer automatically reduces an annual invoice.

When does a yearly subscription actually save money?
Annual billing is worth considering when your work is ongoing, your requirements are clear, and paying upfront fits your budget. If you expect to use the software for a short project, compare the annual charge with only the months you need.
Here is a fictional example to make the decision easier. Suppose a software plan costs $100 monthly or $900 annually. Six monthly payments total $600. Twelve total $1,200. Annual billing wins for a full year, but buying the year for a six-month project means spending $300 more.
Use your own break-even calculation
Annual total ÷ monthly payment = the number of monthly payments equal to the annual cost.
In the example, $900 ÷ $100 = nine months. Both options cost the same at nine months; annual billing becomes cheaper when you would otherwise pay for ten or more.
If a temporary discount changes the monthly payment, add each period separately. For example, six months at $80 followed by six at $100 totals $1,080. That is a $90 average over the year, even though the opening rate was $80. These are illustrative figures, not a Helium 10 checkout quote.
I would also leave room for uncertainty. A product launch can move, a supplier can be late, or your research schedule can change. Paying a little more per active month can still be sensible when you are not ready to commit to a full year.
Choose your tools before choosing your discount
Start with three tasks you want to complete over the next month. Perhaps you need to assess product ideas, research competitor keywords, and improve an existing listing. Turn those tasks into a short requirements list.
For each task, check the relevant tool, supported marketplace, and usage allowance. If you work with a team, include the number of users and seller accounts you need. A package that looks affordable can become inconvenient if its limits interrupt your normal work.
Helium 10 positions Platinum around research and basic reporting, while Diamond adds broader advertising and operational capabilities. Compare the feature chart against your actual workload instead of treating the higher tier as an automatic upgrade.
Still exploring? Start with the free account
A free account gives you a way to explore before committing. Free Chrome extension and Xray access has limits; it is not equivalent to unlimited paid access.
Use your first sessions to answer a real research question. Note where you reach a limit and whether that limit affects work you expect to repeat. My free account guide explains how to get started.
A useful upgrade has a reason: a repeated task, a specific limit, or a feature that saves meaningful time. Write that reason down before committing to a yearly package.
What about the free months mentioned in the video?
The original video's chapters describe annual savings in terms of free months and mention an extra month through a coupon. Treat that as the offer context of the recording, not a promise that today's purchase includes extra subscription time.
A reduced price for 12 months and an extra month of access are different benefits. Before comparing them, establish what you receive: the length of access, the payment amount, and the next billing date.
This avoids turning promotional wording into an assumption. Save the offer details alongside your receipt so you can see exactly what you purchased when renewal comes around.
Check renewal, cancellation, and refund terms
Put the renewal date in your calendar and keep the initial payment separate from the expected renewal cost. An introductory saving should not be your only basis for deciding whether the subscription remains worthwhile.
Helium 10's refund policy provides a seven-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who request cancellation within seven calendar days of their initial payment. Renewals and subsequent payments are excluded, and unused subscription time does not qualify for prorated refunds.
The cancellation guide says cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Complete all confirmation steps and keep the confirmation; opening the cancellation screen alone does not finish the process.
If you already subscribe and want a different tier, the plan-change guide states that upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades at the next billing cycle. Ask support to clarify any annual billing change before approving it.
Helium 10 yearly subscription FAQs
Is annual billing always the cheapest choice?
No. Compare your expected months of use with the full annual charge. A short research project may cost less with monthly billing, even when the annual monthly equivalent is lower.
Which is better: VOVA6M20 or VOVA10?
Compare the total payable over your expected subscription period. VOVA6M20 advertises a larger initial monthly discount, while VOVA10 advertises ongoing monthly savings. For yearly billing, use the actual offer displayed rather than extending those monthly percentages yourself.
What if the coupon does not change the price?
Check the spelling, confirmation message, selected billing option, and account eligibility. Keep the original total for comparison. If the result is unclear, ask support to explain the available offer before purchasing.
Does canceling an annual plan refund the unused months?
Do not assume so. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate. Review the current refund terms above, especially if you are past the initial seven-day window or the payment was a renewal.
My recommendation: buy for the work you will actually do
If you are still exploring, start free and build a short list of useful tasks. If you already know your workflow and expect regular use throughout the year, compare the annual offer with your realistic monthly alternative.
Before paying, write down four things: your chosen plan, the total due, the months of access, and the renewal terms. That small check makes the cheapest suitable option much easier to identify.
