What is GETIDA?

Before all else, it's absolutely free to join GETIDA and doesn't cost you a penny (yep, no shady subscription or licensing fee either!).

To top it off, it takes just about 5-10 minutes to register and connect your account with GETIDA in just four steps:

Now, you're connected with GETIDA without having to pay any fee. However, they charge a fee once every 30 days if they're successful in getting you your well-deserved refunds. 

So, let's say the first 30 days after you connect and activate your GETIDA account, they get you a hundred dollars back. 

In that case, they are going to charge a 25% fee, i.e., 25 dollars out of the 100 dollars that were reimbursed. 

On the flip side, if they recover zero dollars for you, you don't have to pay them anything.

Suppose you ship inventory to Amazon, and any of that inventory gets lost, damaged, destroyed, disappeared, disposed of, or overcharged with fees.

This statement will provide you with a summary of your recoveries, giving you a clear picture of your financial situation.

When you connect to your GETIDA account, they will manage all the back and forth with Amazon, find out all the money-related issues, and begin opening all the cases for you. 

Let's say you ship 1000 units to Amazon, but instead of getting them all, they receive only 990 units, which means 10 units went missing. 

Once GETIDA discovers this, they take action immediately to get you a refund.

If each lost unit is ten dollars, you must be paid 100 dollars. However, Amazon may take up to one to five days to approve the reimbursement request. 

Typically, Amazon pays every two weeks, so you might have to wait till you get your Amazon deposit. Once they approve your refund request, that's when you can finally rest assured you'll get your 100 dollars back. 

For GETIDA, they will close the statement in the activity once every 30 days. But then, with the 100 dollars they get you in the refund, they will only charge you 25% percent of it, as I stated earlier. 

Connecting to GETIDA is like opening a tab at a bar. When you walk into a bar and ask to open a tab, they take your credit card to keep on file. If you end up ordering drinks, you pay for them, but if you don't, no hard feelings - you just take your card and leave. 

Much in the same way, connecting to GETIDA requires a credit card or debit card to be on file, just in case you end up receiving a refund. But, if you don't receive any funds back, you won't be charged anything. It's as simple as that!

Let's say you activated your GETIDA account on January 1st. By January 3rd, you have already received a refund of $100 from Amazon, which pays out every two weeks. 

On February 1st, GETIDA will review what they did for you in January and charge a 25% fee, which will come out to $25.

Keep in mind that you already received the $100 refund from Amazon, so by the time they charge the fee, the funds will already be in your pocket. 

The February 1st charge is simply the cutoff time for them to review and bill for the services provided in January.

Aside from that, there are other awesome reimbursement services for Amazon sellers.
