In today's article, I'll help you understand the pricing and price of Sellerboard


I've been in the Amazon trade game for over six years, so this is an honest opinion based on my personal experiences with the tool. 


And if you've been wondering about Sellerboard pricing, price packages, what's inside them, and whether the tool is worth the price, rest assured – you'll find your answer along the way.


Being an Amazon seller, it's natural to wonder whether a tool is worth investing in.

And the story's no different for Sellerboard.

We all wish to make the best purchase decision for ourselves – anything that helps our business flourish.

I feel we both are here to help you crack the code today.

A Quick Glance at Sellerboard

Before I begin, I'll take you a bit over what Sellerboard is. 


It's a profit analytic tool or software for Amazon sellers that help them actively monitor their business progress.

Amazon sellers have a whole plethora of stuff to track, and this tool will ease the process.

Sellerboard helps sellers on Amazon track real-time profit.

It also has a whole bunch of additional tools such as follow-up email campaigns, inventory management, reimbursement for lost and damaged stock, and then there's PPC optimizing, listing change alerts, and a lot more. 


It's a many-in-one tool that helps you focus on profit analytics with a bunch of additional add-ons.


That's for the Sellerboard in a nutshell.

Not to forget, the pricing is incredibly great.

So, let's dive right in! 

Sellerboard Pricing Plans – Which Plan is the Right for You?

Sellerboard starts at only $19 a month with a monthly subscription, $17 if you pay half-yearly, and $15 if you pay annually.

But before we get into the details, let's see what the pricing focuses on in the first place.



The pricing plan is based on orders per month.

Let's say you're selling under 3,000 orders per month; then the Standard (and most popular) plan is the best for you.

If you're selling under 6,000 orders/month, then the Professional plan is for you.

Likewise, if you're selling for under 15,000, they have the business plan for you.

And lastly, if you're selling under 50,000 orders, it's the Enterprise plan that's right for you. 


If you're wondering which plan is right for over 50,000 orders, then there's fantastic news in store for you. 


The Sellerboard has an Enterprise Plus plan and an Enterprise Plus Plus plan to suit your extended needs. 


So if you sell, let's say, 100,000 or 200,000 orders, it may determine the package for you based on your order amounts.

The pricing also depends on the number of monthly follow-up emails or review requests.


When a buyer purchases product(s) from your store, Sellerboard sends out an automated review request for you.

It has a "Request a Review" option.

So, if you have a standard campaign under this option, Amazon will automatically email your clients instead of you asking them to leave a review.


In the Standard plan, you have the opportunity to send 150 review requests or emails.

For the Professional plan, you can send 6,000 email/review requests, as you can see in the picture above. 


For the Business and Enterprise plans, you have the opportunity to send 15,000 and 30,000 email requests, respectively.

Additional Seller Accounts

If you are a seller or an agency that uses more than one Amazon seller account, different plans have different solutions for you.

If you have 4 seller accounts, then the Standard plan is the right package for you.

If you use six seller accounts, go for the Professional plan.

And if you use 8 or 16 additional seller accounts, the Business and the Enterprise packages, respectively, are the right choices for you.


I also gotta add that the ‘orders per month’ part is divided among all the accounts.

So if you are under the ‘Standard’ plan, and you get 3000 orders per month to work with, these orders are there for all the accounts together, and not 3000 for each account.

By the way, this next blog post will be great for you if you want to buy or sell an Amazon seller account.

Additional Users

You might have a partner who needs access to some information on your Sellerboard account, or that might be a virtual assistant.


Suppose you don't want them to view all the information.

In that case, you can adjust and even configure the information your associate sees. 

Or the virtual assistant, or even the marketing manager. 


For example, you might have an additional user who can login but can only view the PPC dashboard and the PPC Optimizer.

On the contrary, if you have someone who's helping you with managing the inventory, you can easily have them view only the inventory part and restrict their access to everything else. 


In other news, you'll have one additional user who'll be able to log in for the Standard package.

For the Professional plan, two additional users may log in.

And for the Business and Enterprise plans, four additional users are able to log in using their own unique credentials.

Automated Reports

The concept of automated reports is simple.

Basically, it's Sellerboard, on a monthly or 15-day basis, gathering the report of your dashboard along with some other KPIs. 


The information is then sent automatically to your email.

You can arrange it in your settings, how often you'd like to receive the report, and what you would like to receive.

For example, dashboard by day, dashboard by month, products, or whatever you prefer.


Moreover, you can receive 3 reports per month in the Standard plan.

In the Business plan, the number of reports is 6.

And for the Business and Enterprise plans, you can have 8 and 16 reports, respectively. 

Manage Users Access Rights by Account, Marketplace and Products

Well, this one's a bit specific because it mainly deals with the additional users part.

So for the Standard plan, Sellerboard allows one additional user and you will be able to configure what he sees and what he doesn't. 


Basically, you can provide access to the PPC Optimizer, and limit their access to the stock page.

They will be able to edit some changes, add comments, or make some changes.


Now, you might be wondering what it is like for other pricing plans.

To answer that, it goes the same way as Standard for both Professional and Business plans, but it's a tad bit different for the Enterprise plan. 


In the Enterprise package plan, Sellerboard can control the access of additional seller accounts that they will view.

In the other three packages, these users will be able to view all the additional seller accounts, but you'll be able to configure the page that they view.

In the Enterprise plan, you'll be able to configure the access to products they can view, configure the access to pages, edit, and the list goes on. 


To understand better, let's look at one example.

If you give the additional users access to the inventory management page in the Standard package, they can view all the products that are in the inventory amongst all the seller accounts at the moment or are running out of stock. 


In the Enterprise package, however, you can limit the products that they can view.

For instance, if I'm selling kitchen knives, kitchen pans, clothes, etc., it's up to me what I allow them to view on any of the accounts.


Simply put, on the inventory page in other plans, they will see all the products in the inventory.

But in the inventory pages of the Enterprise plan, they'll only be able to see the products that you allow them to see. 


So basically, if you're selling 50 different products, you can have them view 25 and not even know about the existence of the other 25.

Live Dashboard

Now onto the live dashboard.

This feature is available on all the package plans.

Basically, this is in the form of tiles, where you can find out the sales you've made per day, per month, the past six months, etc. 


Yep, you can configure any period of time, cost of goods that were the sales, the net profit, FBA fees (Sellerboard can pull out over 70 different Amazon fees from FBA), etc.

We can view all these parameters in all the packages. 

Listing Change Alerts

Alright, so sometimes you might have a new negative review, a hijacker in your listing, a new parent or child ASIN, or a new lowest-price offer.


Not just these, but some other alerts when they're available – you'll be notified in your Sellerboard account or via email.

You may even have these alerts on both platforms, and this is available on all the packages.

PPC Optimization

So basically, you can optimize your PPC campaigns inside Sellerboard. 


Sellerboard provides you with keyword recommendations you need for your products' paid ads. 


Just in case you're curious, all that is automated – you can have Sellerboard run your PPC campaigns, or you can have Sellerboard recommend you while you approve those recommendations manually.

Inventory Management

The inventory management system is also available in all the accounts.

Basically, you're managing your inventory all the time on Amazon. 


With Sellerboard, you'll be notified all the time – when you're running out of stock, when the stock is overflowing, or anything in between, such as when it's time to restock, what's the recommended quantity for restocking, and how many days of stock are left (which we calculate by the velocity of your daily sales). 

This will help you manage your inventory in a better way.

Don’t go out of stock, and don’t overstock.

Refunds for Lost Inventory

Now, this is a wonderful feature. Sometimes, Amazon might owe you money because they lose or damage your inventory. 


Sometimes they give the wrong measurements and dimensions to your products.

There are actually many reasons why Amazon might owe you money.


That's exactly when the Sellerboard plays its role. 


Sellerboard has three different reports where that pull out all these issues.

The report is downloaded from the money-back page and Sellerboard provides you with every single product including an order number and the time when it was ordered – Amazon owes you money for all that.

With the help of the report, Sellerboard provides you with a template to contact Amazon.

Then, you contact Amazon and ask them to refund the money that they owe you, so you're getting reimbursed here.


But you know what's even better?

Sellerboard doesn't charge an additional percentage like other tools out there do.

Most other tools charge you for helping you figure out the amount that Amazon owes you.

Sellerboard, unlike them, does this for free.

I have to say that the tools that do it for a fee (a fee that gets taken after they recover money for you), do it for you.

So it’s more of a hands-off approach. One such tool is called GETIDA.

There's also a new money-back alert feature that autonomously runs through the report once a month and sends you a notification in case Amazon owes you money. 


But remember, this doesn't mean that you don't have to head over to the "money back" page and manually download the report once every two weeks. 


The process takes just 10 minutes to complete.

You download the report in two minutes, then see the total amount Amazon owes you for each product and order.

LTV Dashboard

One of the newest features Sellerboard just released is the LTV dashboard, and it's really cool.

It helps you analyze your customer acquisition cost.


Yep, you're able to understand how much an average customer buys your product during their entire lifetime as a customer.

Now for the great news - this feature is also available in all the packages. 

Superscout 

Superscout is available for free in all the plans.

So, what exactly is Superscout?


It tracks the rankings of your products for any keywords you choose.


Also, you can quickly analyze what changes on the product listing or marketing events are effective that adversely affect the ranking. 


Moreover, the keyword tracker will provide valuable information about your competitors, showing you the rankings of their products by different keywords.

Here's what it looks like: 


You get notified of new reviews whenever you get them.

You can track your keyword rankings and even monitor your competitors' sales. 

Sellerboard Chrome Extension

Sellerboard offers a Pro Chrome plugin called Amazon FBA Profit Calculator.

It's free and thus accessible to all users. 


You can use it to search for products that you would prefer to sell and Sellerboard will display the Amazon fees that you'll be charged for the product directly on the Amazon product detail page. 


All you need to do is download it or add the extension to your Chrome browser.

That said, it's yet another cool feature available for free. 

The Pricing – Monthly, Half Yearly, Yearly

It turns out that paying half-yearly costs $17 a month instead of $19 and paying annually costs $15 a month. 


So, we pay once and get our package straight away.

For example, instead of paying $19 every month, we pay annually, and that's just $15 per month.

Hands down that incredibly helps us save money if we do it in one go and in my opinion, it's a great way to go. 


So, here's the deal - if you think the tool is good for you and you wish to use it for a long time, then paying annually is the ideal way to save around 49 bucks every year.

For a normal two months, it is 19 x 2 = 38.

And since your savings is $49, it's almost two and a half months saved if you do it annually.

For the half-yearly plans, the savings would be relatively less, but it's also a good way to invest in the tool.
