Why You Should Keep Reading

Hi! I’m Vova Even, an Amazon seller since 2016, and I’m here to guide you through it all. I'll explain all the tools available as per the latest version of Helium 10’s official market support page.

[Visit the page here: Helium 10 Supported Marketplaces and Tools].

It’s regularly updated, so you can always check if new tools have been added to Amazon Germany or any other marketplace, like Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

By the end of this guide, you’ll know exactly which Helium 10 tools work for Amazon Deutschland, how they can help you grow your business, and where to find the best resources to start using them effectively.

====

So, let’s dive into the tools currently available for Amazon FBA Germany and see if they're worth the investment for your business.

Product Research

So, what does Helium 10 offer for Amazon product research in Germany?

Let’s take a look at the available tools and how they can help you find profitable products in this marketplace.

Black Box

The first tool for product research is Black Box.

It gives you access to Helium 10’s massive catalog of Amazon products, allowing you to filter through them based on specific criteria you set.

For example, let’s say you’re looking for products that:

  • Weigh less than 100 grams,

  • Belong to the Home and Kitchen category,

  • Are priced over $30,

  • Generate over $9,000 in monthly sales.

Once you input these criteria, Black Box will show you products that match, helping you dive deeper into your research and uncover profitable opportunities.

It's a really powerful tool, and if you want to learn more, I’ve got a step-by-step tutorial embedded below. It's a must watch!

Trendster

The next product research tool available for Amazon Germany is Trendster.

This tool helps you identify trends for different keywords and products on Amazon.

It’s pretty straightforward — allowing you to track and compare trends over time.

With Trendster, you can also view Google Trends data alongside Amazon sales trends, giving you a broader picture of product demand.

This makes it easier to spot seasonal patterns and market shifts, helping you make better sourcing decisions.

Overall, it’s a handy tool to have in your research toolkit.

Helium 10 Chrome Extension

One of the most crucial tools in Helium 10, in my opinion, is the Chrome Extension.

You can download it for free using the button below.

The Chrome Extension is an essential tool for product research and validation, allowing you to analyze product demand, competition, and potential profitability directly while browsing Amazon.

If you're new to it or want to learn how to make the most of it, I’ve got step-by-step tutorials that cover everything from A to Z.

Keyword Research

So, what does Helium 10 offer for keyword research in Amazon Germany?

Let’s explore the available tools and see how they can help you uncover high-performing search terms that drive sales in this marketplace.

Cerebro

The first keyword research tool to check out is Cerebro, and it’s a game-changer!

Cerebro is known as an Amazon keyword research reverse ASIN tool, and it does exactly what the name suggests.

With Cerebro, you can take any product’s ASIN, input it into the tool, and instantly see all the keywords that product is ranking for.

This is especially useful when analyzing your competitors.

By entering the ASINs of your top competitors, you can uncover exactly where they rank and identify the money-making keywords they’re targeting.

To help you master Cerebro, I’ve got a video below.

It's a part of my free Amazon FBA Listing Optimization course.

This course walks you through how to use Cerebro and how to build a high-converting Amazon listing.

It’s been one of the most popular playlists on my YouTube channel for years, and while the Helium 10 interface has changed a bit, the strategies remain highly relevant.

Plus, it’s completely free — no upsells, just pure value.

Magnet

Magnet helps you find relevant keywords by allowing you to input a seed keyword — like “gardening shovel” — and in return, it provides a huge pool of related keywords.

While not every keyword will be a perfect fit, Magnet gives you a broad range of terms to work with.

You can then filter out irrelevant ones and keep only the most valuable keywords to optimize your product listing effectively.

Magnet is also covered in my free Amazon FBA Listing Optimization course.

By combining Magnet with Cerebro, you can get a complete keyword research strategy.

While Cerebro helps you analyze competitors' keywords, Magnet helps you expand your reach by discovering new keyword opportunities.

Listing Optimization

Now, let’s dive into listing optimization — an essential part of succeeding on Amazon Germany.

Frankenstein

The first listing optimization tool available for Amazon Germany is Frankenstein, and it’s a real time-saver.

This tool helps you process keywords efficiently by taking the keywords you've gathered from Cerebro and Magnet and cleaning them up for better use.

With Frankenstein, you can:

  • Remove duplicate keywords to avoid redundancy,

  • Filter out irrelevant terms,

  • Organize and refine your keyword list for better optimization.

Once you've processed your keywords in Frankenstein, you can easily transfer them into Scribbles.

Scribbles (Listing Builder)

The next tool for listing optimization is Scribbles, which is now also referred to as Listing Builder.

This tool is designed to help you build your Amazon product listings effectively and efficiently.

With Scribbles, you can take the Frankenstein processed keywords, and use them to create a well-optimized listing.

It offers an easy to use interface to write your listing while smoothly adding keywords.

You'll essentially get suggestions to place them in key areas like the title, bullet points, description, and backend search terms.

If you want a step-by-step guide on how to use Scribbles, check out the video below from my free Amazon FBA Listing Optimization course.

-: Or Access My Complete Course :-

It walks you through the entire process and shows how to get the most out of this tool.

Index Checker

Another valuable listing optimization tool available for Amazon Germany is Index Checker.

This tool helps you determine whether your product is indexed for specific keywords — meaning, if your product appears in Amazon’s search results when customers search for those terms.

For example, if you're selling a gardening shovel, you can use Index Checker to see if your product is showing up for searches like “gardening shovel” or “gardening shovel with brown handle.”

Even if your product isn’t ranking on page one, the tool will let you know if it’s indexed somewhere — maybe on page 20 or beyond.

If your product isn’t indexed, it could be due to:

  • Choosing the wrong category for your product,

  • Poor listing optimization,

  • Or Amazon's algorithm not recognizing the relevance of your keywords.

Generally, if you’ve done a solid job optimizing your listing, indexing issues are rare.

However, from my experience selling on Amazon since 2016, I’ve seen cases where listings get de-indexed or fail to index properly, which is why it’s important to check.

If you do find an issue, you can try:

  • Moving the keyword from bullet points to the description,

  • Placing it in the title,

  • Ensuring it’s relevant to your product.

Overall, Index Checker is a handy tool, and I recommend running your listings through it to make sure everything is indexed correctly.

Listing Analyzer

Another great listing optimization tool for Amazon Germany is Listing Analyzer.

This tool provides an in-depth analysis of your product listing — or even your competitor’s listing — so you can see how well it’s optimized and where improvements are needed.

With Listing Analyzer, you can evaluate key aspects such as:

  • Bullet points – Are they fully written, and are you using the right number of characters?

  • Title optimization – Does it include the right keywords and have the proper length?

  • Images – Are you using enough high-quality images?

  • Other listing elements – Such as descriptions, backend keywords, and more.

This tool is helpful not only for analyzing your own listing but also for studying competitors.

You can input a competing ASIN into Listing Analyzer and gain insights into how well their listing is performing.

Then, use this data to fine-tune your own listing and stay ahead in the market.

If you're interested in learning how to use different listing optimization tools, I’ve got a free course below.

Marketing

Now, let’s explore the marketing tools Helium 10 offers for Amazon Germany.

These tools can help you boost visibility, attract more customers, and ultimately drive more sales by optimizing your marketing efforts across different channels.

Let’s take a look at the available marketing tools and how they can help grow your Amazon business in Germany.

Adtomic

The first marketing tool available for Amazon Germany is Adtomic, Helium 10’s powerful Amazon PPC management tool.

It fully supports Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands ads — two key ad types within Amazon’s PPC system.

With Adtomic, you can:

  • Optimize your ad campaigns with data-driven insights,

  • Automate bid adjustments to maximize your ad spend,

  • Track performance and identify high-converting keywords,

  • Manage campaigns more efficiently with AI-driven recommendations.

If you're new to Amazon PPC or want to dive deeper into Adtomic, I highly recommend checking out Helium 10’s PPC Academy, a comprehensive course that covers everything you need to know about PPC.

Portals

Another useful marketing tool available for Amazon Germany is Portals, Helium 10’s built-in landing page builder.

With Portals, you can create customized landing pages to enhance your brand’s customer engagement and boost conversions.

For example, you can design a landing page that connects to your product inserts.

Customers can scan a QR code printed on the insert — perhaps to register a warranty, access an exclusive offer, or sign up for email updates.

Once they scan the code, they’ll be directed to your Portal, where they can enter their details and interact with your brand beyond Amazon.

Portals allow you to:

  • Capture customer emails for remarketing,

  • Offer warranty registration to build trust,

  • Drive traffic to special promotions or product tutorials,

  • Customize pages to fit your branding and marketing goals.

The great thing is that Helium 10 includes Portals, saving you money compared to using standalone landing page builders, which can be costly.

If you’d like to try it out, check the button below for my free Helium 10 trial and discount codes, so you can explore Portals and other marketing tools without spending extra.

Operations

When it comes to running a successful Amazon business, operations play a crucial role in keeping everything organized and efficient.

Helium 10 offers several tools to help you manage your daily operations on Amazon Germany, ensuring that your business runs smoothly and profitably.

Let’s explore the available operations tools and how they can assist you in streamlining your Amazon FBA business.

Alerts

The first operations tool to check out is Alerts, and it’s an essential tool for staying on top of changes to your Amazon listings in real-time.

Alerts notify you via email whenever something changes on your listing, allowing you to take immediate action and protect your business.

With Alerts, you’ll get notified if:

  • A negative review appears, so you can respond quickly and try to resolve the issue,

  • A hijacker starts selling on your listing, helping you act fast to regain control,

  • Your product’s price changes, ensuring you're always aware of pricing fluctuations,

  • Dimensions or weight are modified, which could impact your FBA fees,

  • Other unexpected changes occur that might affect your sales.

Amazon listings can change for the strangest reasons — sometimes due to glitches or even unknown factors beyond your control.

Alerts ensures that you’re always in the loop, so you won’t miss anything important and can respond quickly to protect your sales and brand reputation.

It’s a powerful tool to have in your operations toolkit, and I highly recommend using it to stay proactive in managing your Amazon Germany business.

Follow Up

Another valuable operations tool for Amazon Germany is Follow Up, which focuses on post-purchase customer engagement.

One of its best features is the ability to send automated review requests to customers who have purchased your products, helping you gather valuable feedback and boost your product’s reputation.

With Follow Up, you can:

  • Automate Amazon’s official review request emails, ensuring compliance with their policies,

  • Schedule personalized emails to thank customers, provide product usage tips, or offer support (while adhering to Amazon’s guidelines),

  • Improve your customer relationships by staying engaged after the purchase,

  • Increase your chances of receiving positive reviews, which are crucial for boosting sales and trust.

For example, if someone buys your gardening shovel, you can set up Follow Up to automatically send a review request after a few days.

Amazon’s official review request template ensures compliance, making it a safe and effective way to encourage reviews without violating Amazon’s terms of service.

Post-purchase marketing is an important aspect of growing your business, and using Follow Up can help you stay connected with your customers while staying within Amazon’s guidelines.

Inventory Protector

Inventory Protector is a handy tool that helps you manage your stock efficiently by setting a maximum purchase quantity for your products.

This feature ensures that you don’t run out of stock too quickly, especially during promotions or when dealing with high-demand items.

Instead of manually setting limits in Amazon Seller Central — which can be time-consuming, especially for larger inventories — you can easily manage purchase limits directly within the Helium 10 dashboard.

For example, you can set a limit of four units per customer, preventing bulk buyers from depleting your stock in a single order.

Inventory Protector is particularly useful when:

  • Running discount campaigns, ensuring buyers don't take advantage of large bulk purchases,

  • Preventing fraudulent purchases, which can sometimes happen if no limits are in place,

  • Maintaining a steady stock level to serve more customers effectively.

It's a simple yet effective way to safeguard your inventory and ensure smooth operations without the manual hassle.

Inventory Manager

Inventory Manager is a powerful tool for keeping track of your stock levels and ensuring you never run out — or overstock — your products on Amazon Germany.

It helps you forecast inventory needs based on your sales velocity and production timelines.

Here’s how it works: You provide details such as your production time (e.g., 30 days) and shipping time (e.g., another 30 days).

If you're selling, for example, 10 units per day, Helium 10 will calculate that in 30 days you'll sell 300 units and notify you when it’s time to reorder.

This tool is especially helpful because Amazon FBA is an inventory-driven business, and managing stock effectively is crucial to avoid:

  • Stockouts, which can lead to lost sales and a drop in rankings,

  • Overstocking, which can tie up your cash flow and increase storage fees.

With Inventory Manager, you get smart recommendations based on real-time sales data, making it easier to plan your restocking strategy.

However, while it’s a great tool, it’s important to combine its insights with your own experience and understanding of your business trends to make the best inventory decisions.

Refund Genie

The final operations tool to cover is Refund Genie, a helpful solution for securing Amazon FBA reimbursements for lost and damaged inventory.

If Amazon misplaces or damages your products, Refund Genie provides an easy way to identify those issues and helps you claim refunds.

While you can manually request reimbursements through Amazon Seller Central, Refund Genie simplifies the process by generating ready-to-use templates.

These templates allow you to quickly reach out to Amazon support with the necessary details, making it easier and faster to recover your money.

Key benefits of using Refund Genie include:

  • Identifying lost and damaged inventory automatically,

  • Providing pre-filled reimbursement request templates,

  • Saving time compared to manual reimbursement tracking,

  • Helping you recover funds you might otherwise miss.

Currently, I personally use an alternative service called Getida, which I’ve found to be a bit more advanced in automating the reimbursement process.

It takes care of the entire process on your behalf and offers deeper insights into potential reimbursement opportunities.

Analytics

Now let’s move on to Analytics, a crucial part of managing and scaling your Amazon business.

Helium 10 provides powerful analytics tools that help you track your performance, monitor key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your business operations.

Keyword Tracker

The first analytics tool available for Amazon Germany is Keyword Tracker, a powerful tool that helps you monitor your keyword rankings over time.

It allows you to see exactly where your product is positioned in Amazon search results for specific keywords, helping you track progress and measure the effectiveness of your optimization efforts.

For example, if you’re tracking the keyword "gardening shovel with brown handle," you might see that your product is ranked #3 on page 1.

Meanwhile, for "best gardening shovels," your listing could be sitting at #10 on page 1, and for "gardening shovel metal," it might be down at position #40 on page 3.

With Keyword Tracker, you can:

  • Track the performance of your own keywords,

  • Monitor competitor keyword rankings,

  • Measure the impact of your PPC campaigns and organic optimization efforts,

  • Identify trends and spot opportunities to adjust your strategy.

If you’re running Amazon PPC campaigns, Keyword Tracker is especially useful to see if your ads are helping to boost keyword rankings and improve visibility.

Market Tracker

Another great analytics tool for Amazon Germany is Market Tracker.

This tool helps you keep an eye on your market and track how your product performs compared to competitors.

If you’re selling gardening shovels, for example, Market Tracker allows you to monitor your top competitors and provides daily suggestions for new competitors entering your niche.

You can add these competitors to your tracking list and see how much of the market share (or pie) they are taking compared to your product.

With Market Tracker, you can:

  • Identify new competitors and track their performance,

  • Analyze your market share and how it changes over time,

  • See if competitors are gaining ground — perhaps due to price drops, new images, or other listing improvements,

  • Gain insights to adjust your strategy and stay competitive.

It’s a fantastic tool to keep you informed about your competition and help you understand how your brand stacks up in the marketplace.

I personally love using Market Tracker, and I’ve got a detailed tutorial available for it below.

Market Tracker 360

Market Tracker 360 is like Market Tracker — but on steroids!

It provides a broader and more in-depth analysis of your niche or sub-niche, offering even deeper insights into your market dynamics.

You can use it to have a comprehensive view of your entire market that can be used to track not only your direct competitors but also identify emerging trends, shifts in demand, and new opportunities across your category.

Conclusion

So, there you have it — Helium 10 offers a great set of tools for Amazon Germany, covering everything from product research and keyword tracking to listing optimization and inventory management.
