Helium 10 Supported Marketplaces and Tools
In this article, we’ll focus on how Helium 10 works for Amazon FBA sellers in France.
You’ll discover which tools are available, how they can help you grow your business, and why they’re essential for staying competitive in the French marketplace.
Let’s explore how Helium 10 can be your ultimate solution for building a successful Amazon business in France.
Product Research Tools
Understanding the market and finding the right product is the first step toward success on Amazon.
Helium 10 offers several tools that help you research products specifically for Amazon France.
These tools allow you to search through a vast catalog, set specific filters, and even see trends over time.
Let’s explore them in detail.
Black Box
Black Box is one of the most popular tools for Amazon product research.
It allows you to search for new product ideas by setting detailed criteria.
For example, you can look for items that weigh less than 100 grams, belong to the home and kitchen category, cost over 30, and generate more than 9,000 in monthly sales.
By entering these parameters, Black Box scans Amazon France and shows you a list of products that meet your criteria.
This tool is very useful for anyone who is just starting out or for experienced sellers who want to expand their product lines.
It provides a broad view of the market, letting you compare different products based on the filters you set.
I've got a dedicated tutorial in my playlist that shows step by step how to get the most out of Black Box.
Watch it below. 👇
This video guide explains the settings and how you can adjust your filters to uncover potential winning products.
Trendster
After finding some product ideas, it is important to understand their market potential.
Trendster is a tool that shows you the trends behind keywords and products on Amazon.
This tool works similarly to Google Trends so you can see how search interest and sales figures change over time.
For instance, you might notice that interest in a product increases during specific seasons or around certain events.
This data allows you to plan your inventory and marketing strategies accordingly.
Since Trendster works well with Amazon France, you can rely on its insights to make decisions that fit the local market.
Chrome Extension
The Helium 10 Chrome Extension is another key tool for product research.
You can download it for free using the button below.
Once installed, it integrates directly with the Amazon France website.
As you browse, the extension displays useful information about each product, such as estimated sales and review counts.
My playlist below features multiple tutorials to guide you through how to use the extension effectively for product research and validation.
My List
Organizing your research is as important as gathering the data.
My List is a tool designed to help you save and organize products and keywords that catch your attention.
While browsing Amazon France with the Chrome Extension, you can add items directly to My List.
This feature lets you keep track of several products in one centralized place.
My List is very useful when you want to compare various products side by side.
It helps you remember which items caught your eye and why you were interested in them.
Later, you can review your list and decide which products to analyze in more depth.
Keyword Research Tools
After you have a clear idea of what products you want to sell, the next step is to figure out how customers will find your listings.
Helium 10 provides powerful keyword research tools to help you identify the words and phrases potential buyers use when searching on Amazon France.
Cerebro
Cerebro is known as a reverse ASIN tool.
This means you enter the unique ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) of a product, and Cerebro returns a list of keywords for which that product is ranking.
It offers an insightful way to see which keywords drive traffic to a product that is already performing well.
By analyzing competitor products with Cerebro, you can learn which keywords bring in the most views and sales.
For instance, if a top-selling product in your niche ranks for certain search terms, you can consider targeting those same keywords.
This approach helps you craft your product listing to be more competitive.
I’ve created a free Amazon Listing Optimization course that’s very popular on my channel — no upsells, just pure value.
This course includes a detailed video on how to use Cerebro effectively, walking you through everything from the basics to advanced strategies.
Click the button below to access the full course right away, or scroll down to watch the Cerebro tutorial directly.
Magnet
The second keyword research tool is Magnet.
This tool works by taking one seed keyword — say, "gardening shovel" — and generating a wide list of related keywords.
Magnet is very helpful when brainstorming ideas for product listings.
It provides a large set of keywords that you can refine further.
While not every keyword will be a perfect match, having a big list to start with is advantageous.
Once you have this list, you can remove the less relevant terms and focus on those that matter most for your product.
Combining the insights from Magnet with those from Cerebro creates a strong foundation for your listing.

Listing Optimization Tools
After gathering your keywords, the next step is to create a product listing that makes it easy for customers to find and buy your product.
Helium 10 offers several tools to help you optimize your product listing for Amazon France.
These tools guide you in organizing and refining your keywords and content to build a compelling listing.
Frankenstein
Frankenstein is the first tool in this process.
It helps you process and clean up the list of keywords gathered from Cerebro and Magnet.
Frankenstein removes duplicate keywords and filters out any terms that do not add value.
This cleanup results in a refined list that leads to a more focused product listing.
It saves you time and prevents confusion as you move on to building your listing.
The simplicity of Frankenstein makes it an excellent starting point for optimizing your keyword strategy.
Scribbles (Listing Builder)
After processing your keywords with Frankenstein, you use Scribbles to build your product listing.
Also known as the Listing Builder, Scribbles helps you arrange your title, bullet points, and description effectively.
This tool is designed to ensure that you include all the important keywords in the right places.
Scribbles is very straightforward.
You input the keywords that have been filtered through Frankenstein, and then you use the tool to craft a well-structured listing.
My free course also features a step-by-step tutorial on using Frankenstein and Scribbles to achieve the best results.
Feel free to watch it below!

Index Checker
Once your listing is live, it is crucial to confirm that your keywords are working as expected.
Index Checker helps you verify if your keywords are properly indexed by Amazon.
For example, let's say you're selling a product like a gardening shovel and it’s live on Amazon.
Index Checker will show whether your product appears in search results for queries such as "big gardening shovel" or "gardening shovel with brown handle."
Your product might appear on page 1 or page 20 — it doesn’t matter; it just needs to be indexed.
If your product does not show up at all, it may mean that you have chosen the wrong category or that your listing isn’t optimized well.
In that case, you might try removing a keyword from the bullet point and placing it in the description or title to help it index.
Although indexation problems are less common these days, it’s still a good idea to run your listing through Index Checker to ensure everything is working as it should.
Listing Analyzer
The final tool in the listing optimization process — Listing Analyzer takes a deep look at your product listing to check how well it is optimized.
It examines various aspects such as your title, bullet points, images, and other criteria that are important for a successful listing.
You can use Listing Analyzer to review your own listing or even compare it with a competitor’s listing to see where improvements can be made.
For example, it might indicate that your bullet points are too short or that your title does not include enough relevant keywords.
With this detailed feedback, you can fine-tune your listing to improve its performance on Amazon France.
Marketing Tools
Marketing is essential to ensure that your product reaches the right customers.
Helium 10 offers dedicated marketing tools that help you plan and manage your advertising and promotional activities on Amazon France.
Let’s take a closer look at these tools.
Adtomic
Adtomic is Helium 10’s tool for managing Amazon PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns.
It assists you in setting up, monitoring, and adjusting your sponsored ads.
With Adtomic, you can run ads for sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display ads.
This tool simplifies the complex world of Amazon advertising by breaking the process into clear, manageable steps.
It gives real-time data about your ad campaigns.
You can see how much you are spending, which keywords perform best, and what your return on investment is.
If you want to learn more about Amazon PPC, I highly recommend checking out the PPC Academy by Helium 10.
It offers a detailed overview of Amazon PPC strategies and how to make the most of Adtomic.
Portals
Another useful marketing tool is Portals.
This tool functions as a landing page builder integrated within the Helium 10 suite.
With Portals, you can create custom landing pages that match your brand’s style and message.
These landing pages are particularly useful when you want to engage customers after a purchase or when they scan a QR code from your product insert.
For example, you might design a landing page that invites customers to register their warranty or sign up for newsletters and special offers.
Portals makes it easy to capture valuable customer information.
Its design is straightforward and does not require advanced technical skills.
Since the cost is included within Helium 10, it is a cost-effective option compared to standalone landing page builders.
Operations Tools
Smooth day-to-day operations are key to maintaining a successful Amazon business.
Helium 10 provides several tools that help you manage everything from monitoring listing changes to handling refunds.
These operations tools ensure that your business runs efficiently and that you can respond quickly to any issues.
Alerts
Alerts is a monitoring tool that keeps a close watch on your product listings.
It sends notifications whenever there is a change.
For example, if a review appears or if the price of your product is altered, Alerts will notify you immediately via email.
This real-time notification system helps you stay on top of any changes that might affect your sales.
Alerts is particularly useful because changes on Amazon can happen suddenly.
Whether it is a sudden price drop or a new negative review, Alerts ensures that you are never caught off guard.
By acting quickly, you can address customer concerns, adjust your pricing strategy, or investigate other changes that might impact your listing.
Follow Up
Maintaining good customer relationships is essential for long-term success on Amazon.
Follow Up is a tool that automates the process of sending emails to customers after they make a purchase.
Its primary use is to request reviews or thank customers for their business.
With Follow Up, you can schedule emails to be sent automatically a few days after a purchase is completed.
These emails are designed to be friendly and are compliant with Amazon’s guidelines.
By using Follow Up, you save time and ensure that every customer receives a consistent message.
This automation not only helps you gather more reviews but also keeps your customers engaged with your brand.
Hit the play button now to see how it works in action!
Inventory Protector
Managing stock is one of the major challenges for any seller.
Inventory Protector helps by allowing you to set limits on the number of units a customer can purchase in one order.
This is particularly useful during promotions or when stock levels are limited.
For instance, if you are running a special discount on a product, Inventory Protector lets you set a maximum purchase limit.
This prevents a single buyer from purchasing too many units at once, which can help avoid going out of stock or depleting your inventory too quickly.
Inventory Manager
Inventory Manager gives you a clear picture of your stock levels.
It calculates how long your current inventory will last based on your average daily sales.
For example, if you sell around 10 units per day and have 300 units in stock, Inventory Manager helps you determine when you need to reorder products.
This tool is practical because it takes into account production and shipping times.
By knowing the remaining days of inventory, you can plan your orders better and avoid running out of stock.
Inventory Manager also highlights potential issues such as overstocking, which can tie up your capital.
With these insights, you can maintain an optimal inventory level, ensuring that your Amazon FBA business in France runs smoothly.
Refund Genie
Sometimes, despite your best efforts, issues occur with your inventory.
Refund Genie is designed to help you claim reimbursements from Amazon for products that are lost or damaged.
For example, if Amazon loses some of your products, Refund Genie will help you contact them and ask for a refund.
You could do this manually, but Refund Genie generates various templates on your behalf so that you only have to talk with Amazon.
It's a pretty nice tool, but I'm currently using another alternative called Getida.
Getida automates the reimbursement process and, in my opinion, is a bit more advanced than Refund Genie.
However, I've had success with both tools.
Analytics Tools
Understanding your performance on Amazon is critical for growing your business.
Helium 10 offers several analytics tools that help you monitor everything from keyword performance to market trends and profit margins.
These tools provide actionable insights that allow you to adjust your strategies as needed.
Keyword Tracker
Keyword Tracker is a tool that monitors the ranking positions of your chosen keywords over time.
It gives you a clear picture of how well your product is performing in Amazon’s search results.
For example, you might see that your product ranks on the first page for one keyword but falls to a lower position for another.
Keyword Tracker lets you see trends and patterns in your keyword performance.
This information can help you decide whether recent changes to your listing or advertising campaigns are having a positive impact.
By tracking your keywords, you can determine if further optimization is necessary.
Market Tracker
Staying aware of your competitors is important in any business.
Market Tracker provides an overview of the competitive landscape in your niche.
This tool shows you the key players in your market along with insights into their performance.
Market Tracker not only identifies top competitors but also monitors shifts in market share.
For instance, if you sell gardening shovels or other products, Market Tracker might show you how much of the market each competitor holds and any changes over time.
This insight is valuable as it can reveal trends such as a new competitor entering the market or an established seller adjusting their prices.
By keeping an eye on these changes, you can adjust your own strategy to maintain or improve your market position.
Market Tracker 360
For a more in-depth view, Market Tracker 360 offers a broader analysis of your market.
This tool is like Market Tracker on steroids, providing detailed information about your niche and even sub-niches.
It gives you a fuller picture of the competitive landscape by analyzing historical trends and performance across different segments.
Market Tracker 360 allows you to dive deep into market dynamics.
You can compare performance over time, identify emerging opportunities, and plan long-term strategies for your Amazon business in France.
Profits Tool
Lastly, the Profits Tool is essential for understanding your financial performance.
It calculates your net profit by taking into account the selling price, cost of goods, fees, and any refunds.
By entering these details, the Profits Tool computes your bottom-line profit.
This tool provides a clear breakdown of your expenses and revenues, giving you insight into the overall health of your business.
With the Profits Tool, you can quickly identify issues with pricing or areas where you may need to reduce costs.
Its simple interface and detailed reports make it easy for sellers to monitor their financial performance regularly.
Conclusion
Helium 10 offers many useful tools for sellers on Amazon France.
Whether you are researching products, finding keywords, optimizing your listings, managing your marketing, handling operations, or analyzing your performance, each tool has a specific role in helping you build a successful business.
Every tool in the Helium 10 suite is designed to work together, providing a comprehensive approach to managing your Amazon FBA business.
